Correct treatment, good location and there is someone at the reception 24 h. The cleaners were very friendly.

What a wonderful week we had and WHAT A VIEW!!! Relaxing, comfy, spotless and well equipped. Great location too. A parking space is an absolute bonus, especially if you come here in the summer when it’s very busy!! Check in and communication were excellent.

Very clean little hotel, the room was okay and air conditioning was needed. Arriving on a Sunday no restaurant open, we took tapas in the cafeteria of the hotel, which were not exceptional.

Housing very well placed. Friendly host, available and active. 5 min walk to the beach and street bars. Recommended!

We left very happy with this stay, at all times our needs were taken into account and we felt right at home. Miguel helped us at all times. The room was very well lit and arranged. The hotel has a pool that you can access at the time you want what gives it another point in favor. On the other hand they have a restaurant, where the food is spectacular and with very affordable prices. We definitely chose well. Wishing to return. We recommend it.

We've been at Julia's for 4 days From the moment we arrived, Julia has helped us at all times to get home once here with everything we asked for and everything we needed, very good communication has recommended places to go and restaurants, the truth is that we felt right at home and we enjoyed and disconnected very much in the pool and house. 100% recommended. We loved it. We will be back for sure. The best, the spaciousness of the accommodation, the quiet at the time of bed, the temperature on the terrace in the middle of August, the ease of parking and that there were enough kitchen/kitchen utensils/utensils. The air conditioning is above the access door, facing the living room, so we had to sleep with the doors of the rooms open so as not to die of heat. For us it is better not to have air conditioning directly focused on the room, but it is a point to keep in mind. Maybe it would be convenient to update some items, such as the shower screen. And it would be great for them to offer shower towels and leave some essentials (as we have enjoyed in other similar accommodations), salt type, sugar, cleaning supplies.... It would be perfect if the individual garden was fenced and access to the estate was a less crowded road in summer. Overall fabulous

Everything is very good, very spacious, modern and in perfect condition, at a very economic price. The only bad thing is that there is no wifi, although it is specified, I think.

We were staying in this accommodation 3 months and the truth that could not have been better, between the roof with beautiful views and the space for several people makes this house perfect for a vacation, the beach is close and there are several shops also practically next door. 10/10 recommended

She was always very attentive to our requests, and the house is a great place to spend a few days with family and friends. You have many things and the village is close by, by car or even on foot

Perfect & fully equipped apartment for staying in the center of Alicante! Everything is within walking distance, the castle, the promenade, the beach, the many restaurants, the port and the shopping center. My flight was at the end of the afternoon and I got the service to use the apartment until 14.30. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

The place has everything you need. The view from the terrace is absolutely incredible😃. You can sit for hours and just enjoy the view. Nice pool area and very well kept. Very quiet and pleasant area. Would highly recommend this home. Regards, Nicklas Nilsson

A hidden gem in St. John. The house is perfect for spending a few quiet days. With more than enough space for the 7 we have been. 5 minute drive to the beach and multiple restaurants and leisure. Good communication with the host. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is ideal for spending a few days and getting to know the village. It has a beautiful view and is easily accessible.

Fabulous holiday at Lynn’s chalet. (And they accommodated us at really short notice.) If I could give Lyn 10 stars I would. We had some very minor techy probs (which were not their fault) and everything was sorted out quickly and smoothly. The house is lovely, beds comfortable, aircon, fans and everything you need in the kitchen. But the star of the show is the terrace and garden. The large balcony terrace overlooks the surrounding countryside, a lovely cool place to have breakfast and the sunsets are amazing! The swimming pool is a really good size and loads of lounging spaces around it. Most of the day was spent here ☺️ The house is in such a good location. Ontinyent is the local town and we walked there and back ( less than 2 miles each way and flatish) There are lots of nice bars cafes restaurants and shops. Pou Clar a natural beauty spot is wonderful to visit for a dip in the river. We meant to go to Valencia but we couldn’t leave the house!! Brilliant holiday thank you 🤩
