When we bought the house, the old owner had each wall painted a color, in a somewhat peculiar combination. Our children, then little ones, were gracious and they started calling it La casita de colores. Even though we have been refurbishing it to our liking, we have always tried to maintain that essence, combining color, functionality and harmony. We hope you like it!

This apartment is well located in a quiet area of the city center near the river. It has air conditioning in all rooms, full equipment for cooking, iron machine, 2 beautiful bathrooms, high speed internet and Netflix. The surroundings have all the services you need; supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, cinema, 24h shop. etc. Parking is included in the price.

Fantástico Apartamento Ecológico

Fantastic newly renovated apartment with everything brand new, a few minutes walk from downtown Elche. It has all the amenities, is very spacious and is made with a lot of love to make you feel at home. Close to the old town where you can visit both its tourist attractions and the atmosphere and leisure of the center without having to use a vehicle.

A historic structure is visible amidst a lush landscape of palm trees. The building features a blue domed roof and stone towers, presenting a blend of architectural styles. The surrounding greenery highlights the serene environment, capturing the essence of Elche's rich heritage.

House is located in the center of Elche, next to the city hall. It is completely renovated and a very pleasant home has been created to spend some unforgettable days. Close to the Palmeral de Elche, (World Heritage Site) and with all kinds of shops in its surroundings. Beach is 15 minutes drive as well as airport.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.
