For those who both want to take comfortable forest walks, swim, have an active outdoors with running, bike, SUP, cross-country skiing, etc., and be close to Stockholm City for shopping and bars. The cottage overlooks the forest, garden and the host's house, there is a swimming lake 100 m away, 5 min to bus towards Sthlm (about 20 min journey) and 15 min to grocery store, pizzeria and kiosk. Hellasgården's long running and ski tracks are within walking distance and you take both a car and bus quickly to use their entire frisksports facility.

Newly built own house in an elevated location with terrace 2 minutes to bus (15 minutes to Gullmarsplan, 20 minutes to Slussen Stockholm city). Parking included. Sheets, towels, consumables are included. TV with Chromecast. Dishwasher and washing machine. 5 min to swimming lake, 15 min to nature reserve. 2 min to grocery store open every day 08-22. 2 bicycles are included. Stockholm city 35 min, the sea (Baltic Sea) with sand beach, 30 min. OBS! Only non-smokers are allowed as guests, this is because we are allergic.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cabin. The wood-fired hot tub that stands on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.
