Monthly Rentals in Alston

We spoke to Janice a few times whilst we were at the cottage. Janice was lovely, extra friendly and very accommodating. We’ve visited previously and will be back very soon.

Hayley was a perfect host, the information and directions given prior to arrival took the stress out of finding the house. On arrival it was obvious that everything was clean modern and very well appointed. The furniture was comfortable and sufficient for all of us (5 adults and a dog). The treat bags for both humans and dog was a nice touch. Everything you could need was provided in the kitchen and the tea, coffee etc was very welcome as were the little things like dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid to make it easy to tidy up after cooking on the modern induction hob. The bedrooms were from a 5 star hotel and the main bedroom and en-suite with a stand alone roll top bath was fantastic. The private enclosed garden with a hot tub was ideal for relaxing in and we made full use of it all weekend. The local village was a delight with lots of shops pubs and cafe's that we tried out, my favourite cafe was the one at the railway station. I would recommend this house to anyone.

A small but perfectly formed flat which was immediately welcoming and everything we hoped for. It was very clean with good heating, a nice hot shower, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Excellent for a quiet stay and has decent Wi-Fi and TV if needed!
