In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

Liebe Gäste, ich freue mich, dass ich euch meinen gemütlichen Bungalow als euer Zuhause während eures Aufenthaltes in der schönsten Stadt der Welt anbieten darf. Der Bungalow liegt im Osten der Stadt, direkt neben einem Kleingartenverein. Der Charakter des Grundstücks ist dementsprechend grün und naturbelassen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Öjendorfer Park mit See. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum ist in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Beautiful City-Apartment next to Town Hall

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt an der Alster. Von dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

Enjoy a spacious and comfortable apartment with lots of natural light, surrounded by many trees, green areas, lakes and animals of the Eichtalpark. The apartment has beautiful artwork and many books. You have everything you need for cooking. In 20 minutes you can reach the center of Hamburg by public transport, which is very punctual, clean and fast. An ideal place that gives you peace of mind but where you can also work and get to all of Hamburg quickly.

Quiet apartment by the city park

The apartment in the heart is located in the Winterhude district directly on the city park and on the premises is a direct access to the canal. It is located right outside the door of shopping and various good restaurants in the vicinity. A good train connection is within 5-10 minutes' walk. This is my private apartment, which is not rented often and I am happy if you can explore Hamburg here in good weather. Protection number: "42-0035187-24"

Very nice 126 sqm old building apartment in Hamburg's most beautiful district (Winterhude) with garden! Just a 5-minute walk from the Outer Alster; shopping, restaurants and a bus station are in the immediate vicinity. Both bedrooms face the rear courtyard and ensure a quiet and relaxing sleep. A large bathroom with a large shower, a bidet and a toilet as well as a second smaller toilet. Two beautiful living rooms with balcony facing the garden.

A beautiful end terrace house near Hamburg in a quiet cul-de-sac with a spacious garden, two terraces and an additional covered seating/dining area. The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Very central. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
