Monthly Rentals in Alsergrund

The apartment is very nice and it has a full kitchen if you want to do any cooking. The street it’s on is quiet and peaceful. The area around had many restaurants and she provided excellent recommendations. The nearby metro system to downtown is only a few minutes walk away. Barbara is very nice and responsive.

We had a relaxing stay. The apartment had everything we needed. The connection was very good.

My stay at Miriam and Lukas’ place was just 11/10. The location is very quiet, 20min by walk to the city centre, next to the U-Bahn, Augarten and many more green-areas/parks around. Lovely balcony to greet morning sun at. The size of the apt was very well suitable for one person (if you do not plan to spend all your days in it or, don’t mind having everything in one room, which was all fine for me). In addition, it was all very clean, had all the amenities needed for a month-long living, neighbors were friendly and, I slept like a baby in that super-comfortable bed. Hosts themselves – extremely kind, caring, proactive and helpful. One really could not ask for better ones. 🙏 First time living in Vienna only by myself and, extra to the city itself being utmost lovely, the stay for my whole month (and some days over) was an ideal cherry on top of it. I will definitely come back on my next Vienna trip – it was not just an “apartment”, it truly became another home for me. See you soon
