We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful mountain house in Sospirolo. The location is truly enchanting, surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The house is cozy, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Special thanks go to Cristiano for his incredible hospitality: from the beginning he made us feel at home, always available for any need and ready to give us great advice on places to visit in the surrounding area. His kindness and availability made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the mountains, away from the chaos, but with the certainty of being welcomed in a familiar and comfortable environment. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant and very clean house. Quiet, quiet area. Excellent sleep quality due to the silence and good mattress. The house has everything you need to feel like at home. The owner is kind and thoughtful. The house is not located in the center of Pordenone but, for our needs, it was perfect and then you can park your car in front of the door of the house. By car in 5 minutes you are in the city center.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

My family and I were traveling through Italy and stayed for two nights in this pleasant place. The atmosphere of the big house was very cozy and calm. We woke up to the sound of birds singing. Free parking for our car was a few meters from the entrance. Marziano met us and showed us his house, instructed us in detail about how the appliances work in the house. By evening it became a little cool and Marziano, at our request, turned on additional heating. The house has three bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Marziano's tips for choosing a restaurant were very helpful. We visited one of the recommended fish restaurants. It was wonderful. It was convenient to get to all the interesting places of our trip by car. Thanks to Marziano for the hospitality.

Lovely house of Giovanni and Graziella. Super sweet people and very spacious and nice house You normally share the swimming pool with 1 other apartment but we were the only one so that was extra nice. Even if there is ample privacy! There is a nice BBQ and the house is very complete. Nice base to visit the stada del Prosecco and everything else beautiful nearby

We had an amazing stay during our weekend in Bolzano! The place was exactly like the photos, super clean and organized. We had everything we needed and the host was super kind and friendly to us!

Raffaella welcomed us so warmly, and the accommodation is perfect in itself. It was clean and I liked the outdoor space, so I cooked and ate. I went by car, but transportation is also convenient. Rosa’s stay is everything you wish every Airbnb stay was. Her hospitality felt like coming home to my mom’s house! Everything from the sweet toys for our kids to the food in the fridge - I was elated after a long drive. It is a dream stay for a family and felt more like a three bedroom because we could set up the crib in the playroom for the baby. The location is so easy too. Rosa, thank you for my favorite Airbnb stay in a while!

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!

We stayed in the chalet in late December and early January Very nice and clean house, great location both for the spectacular view and for the proximity to the slopes We had a great time even with a small dog who ran around in the large garden surrounding the house Jacopo is an available and kind young man. We hope to be back soon.

Our family enjoyed this house. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we enjoyed the outdoor space as well. There's a small garden area for children to run. parking is secure and easy through a gate. The washer and dryer were helpful to refresh our clothes during our trip. The house has some interesting furniture and decorative items that were nice to look at, but we were careful not to touch or let the children near. As indicated in the description, two of the rooms do not have doors, but both offer some privacy. The host was proactive and provided lots of helpful information about the house in advance of our stay.

The house is very nice, everything is very cared for and very comfortable, it has incredible views Anna was very attentive and has a super nice person in charge. The only thing is that the arrival is very difficult, it is not suitable for the elderly or with some disability you have to go down on a gravel ramp and to go up it. Susana helps you with malestas but it's a little complicated

We had a great time with the family. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and barbecue every day. I highly recommend Villa Stefania and I'd be happy to come back. Stefania and her husband are very pleasant hosts

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something needs to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. I'd love to come back!

How's this? And on the rating questions if give them the top rating on each. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. Great views, great location. Just a short walk down the hill to a coffee shop and up the hill to a beautiful lookout. Plenty of rooms and space in the home for our group of 9. Lots of outdoor furniture for lounging or enjoying meals in the fresh air and even a bocce ball set. The hosts were great as well. Anna was always available and responsive if we had questions. And Lucia ran a load of laundry for us while we were out and about. We stayed in 4 BnBs on our trip across Italy and this was easily the best.
