What a wonderful stay! Fantastic location right next to the Chania Venetian Harbour, steps away from everything the city has to offer. The place was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

A very nice place to stay. Especially quiet in the preseason. Large outdoor space for your own use and drinking coffee directly by the sea😊. We loved staying in this calm and peaceful location. The villa is a comfortable size to host 8 people, with all the mod cons you require. The hammock in the garden was well used! Stunning views and having the sea just a few steps away was amazing. It was also only a short walk away from some fabulous restaurants. We would love to come back.

A rare place! This authentic stone house on Ravdoucha beach is a little paradise. The unique location - right on a quiet sandy beach - provides complete relaxation with just the sound of the waves in the background. The interior is full of charming details that enhance the character. The terraces all around always offer a perfect spot, whether you want to enjoy morning sun or sunset. Although you have to drive (25 minutes to Kissamos), it is worth it. It feels like a private beach without being completely secluded. The two nearby taverns serve excellent food for when you don't want to cook. Our family has had a memorable time here. The children played freely on the beach with a duck and in the garden while we enjoyed peace and views. Perfect to be together, away from the daily crowds. We hope to be back.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The place was super clean and everything well maintained. Just felt right at home with an amazing view, great beds and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The complex is structured around a pool that is not large but still ideal for the number of guests. The outdoor area is well equipped with the availability of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a small gym but not too equipped. Very well cared for and clean, the interiors of the accommodations are essential but equipped with all comforts. Our apartment for 4 was perhaps a little small, the two beds in the living room are not completely comfortable and ideal only for children; keeping them open they lost indoor space in the living room even if there was still a table on the terrace to eat. Daily cleaning service and change of sheets every three days.. impeccable! The nearby beach has a tavern and a bar with sun loungers, we have always preferred to go around the west area of Crete and not stop there.. it is the ideal location to visit by car Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna and all the west beaches. 5 minutes by car from Kissamos and 20 from Chania.

Great atmosphere and great service.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. Unique location. The view from the villa is stunning. The villa is fully equiped, with a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Stavros is a charming and hospitable host. We felt welome and he had taken care of some nice delicacies. In the village is a good local foodstore and there are fine restaurants within walking distance. Try the fresh fish!

Thanks Peter and his whole team for a great stay. The villa was in a great location, close to a couple good restaurants and markets; it was private, with only one other villa in the area with guests; and very comfortable. Both my wife & I and the other couple we were with felt we had privacy while on property since we split accommodations upstairs and down. Overall it was a great villa and wonderful vacation!! My wife and I and four teens (ages 18-19) spent a delightful 10 days in Maleme, Crete during June. The apartment was well-equipped, and we appreciated the refreshing pool and air conditioning at night. Both the owner, Lesley, and our local host, Hannah, went out of their way to ensure our comfort. While the beach was pebbly, there were areas to swim. There are some great local restaurants in close walking distance. Maleme itself is quiet but convenient, with a nearby Synka supermarket. We explored Chania and other towns by bus, and a two-day car rental allowed us to discover more of the island. A boat trip to Balos beach and an island added to our memorable holiday experience.

We thought it wasn't easy to pick a place in Chania, but Ioannis' place was a perfect choice. Located right across the street from a nice beach it was ideal for our small family. Ioannis let us check in early and despite not meeting him in person during check-in, we felt warmly welcomed. Everything we needed was there and he even left us fruit, water and chocolate, which was a nice touch. It was very child friendly and even had some beach toys and games. Warmly recommending it and would return - it's a true gem. Also, thank you for the assistance during our stay and the personal recommendations.

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

Giannis and Maria's place is the perfect holiday place if you're looking for peace of mind, quiet and privacy, an amazing beach and tavern in walking distance, and the beautiful city of Chania just 20 minutes away, with all you can ask for! We highly recommend this warm and spacious home with beautiful views, and will definitely come back!

PARADISE! Wow!! This place was absolutely beautiful.. waking up to the view of the ocean.. a five minute walk to the beach and great restaurants. Try Nesaki’s! You will not be disappointed! If I came back to Chania, I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

We were totally delighted with the place and its amenities. Something I hadn't realized and which is a disturbing hair are the parties at the pool next door twice a week. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The hosts are charming and the two owners are very attentive. We will come back without hesitation.

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in.
