Very good apartment. Ideal to cover all kinds of needs if you want to be in the Zapillo with a desire for the beach throughout the day. I recommend it ;)

The Apartment was very nice and in a great location. 5 min walking to the beach. In the Apartment we found everything we neded. Every room has air conditioner. Very good communication. Mari Angeles was very helpfull. We are very recomending this place to stay and Mari Angeles as a host.

It was a very nice experience, Sandra was very attentive always and was super friendly, her husband was also very friendly and respectful, the arrival at the Airbnb was easy, without any complications. Upon entering the apartment everything was very clean and tidy, we were very comfortable with my family and we could enjoy as it was deserved, I would definitely stay here again, thank you very much Sandra for the attention provided.

Fantastic apartment. My wife and I greatly enjoyed the apartment. We stayed there for six days and we have completely relaxed. Close to the beach and the supermarket. Recommended 10/10.

Fabulous roomy apartment, it had everything that we could possibly need. Everywhere was spotless & the bed was super comfy too! Having two bathrooms was a bonus as was a washing machine. Great walk into town where many historic sites can be found. Would totally recommend this place as Pilar & Lien were very attentive with suggestions & support.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is in a great location, parking garage about 10 minutes walk, the instructions were clear and communication with Expoholidays went well. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with many comforts. The beds were also great. We suspected there was a daycare or school next to the apartment, because of the many sounds & music in the morning. But we didn't find that so annoying.

Clean and tidy accommodation, free parking on premises, supermarket close by. We will definitely repeat.

We had a great time, the apartment was very well equipped and clean, the patio was a nice and super nice, the communication was great, totally recommended, we will repeat for sure.

What a fantastic place. I chose this house partially as one of our party is disabled and unable to use stairs. The lift enable her to spend time with us in the roof terrace which was just lively and very private. Everything was Immaculate and well equipped. It was comfortable and had a very warm and friendly feel. The location was fabulous and an easy walk to some very cool bars and restaurants. Juan was an excellent host. Responsive and informative offering earlier use of the garage and allowed us to drop our bags off a little early too. This has been a really good experience and I would highly recommend Juan’s place… and we may well return in the future. Thank you so much for being a great host. Sarah

Agustín, the host of the house, is a careful and tidy person and that is reflected in the accommodation offered to the traveler. A very clean place where there is no lack of detail. In addition, communication with him was excellent, he is always attentive and responds quickly. We would definitely repeat.

Hello. My family and I were at the Santa Week Bridge. We were a big group along with my small dog. (Titan). We had an amazing weekend. Fran's house facilities are ideal for a good vacation. The house has the best access to the sea, it is incredible to be able to sleep with the sea in front. We celebrated a birthday and we were happy. I wouldn't change anything. The only thing, we can stay a lot more days next time. I would definitely recommend this place. We are already preparing our next time for the summer. Thank you Fran for your attention. 🫶🏼💡🔝

The stay was like the movie 'Field of Dreams'. I will return for longer stay next time. The location of this place transports you to a remote village. It is not just the super hosts that makes you feel welcomed. The whole village does too. Neighbors would bring us fruits and vegetables. You wouldn't think that villages like this still existed. Spacious apartment with direct view of the golf course, beautiful covered terrace, Mercadona and various shops nearby. Complete and even excessive equipment in all areas. This is the second time I've rented it.

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

The stay in Peter's apartment was great. Everything was according to the pictures and the description. There was really nothing missing in his apartment. It is also quietly located but within walking distance of the hustle and bustle (restaurants, bars, etc.) and very close to the sea and the natural park along the coast. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and definitely recommend it for others too!

Cozy, quiet and highly recommended, our stay in Rincón de los Albaricoques. I went with my partner last minute after a frustrated rental and Mari Carmen had the place ready just a few hours after I booked it. It's a luxury to be able to enjoy the tranquility of the Cabo de Gata countryside, having the beach so close and hosts who make it so easy for you. We hope to be able to repeat the experience again soon.

An excellent and clean modern apartment, about 50 metres from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the historic centre. Personalised and helpful reception. We can only recommend this unit in every aspect.
