Wonderful peaceful place to stay!

This delightful apartment is located in the historic central part of town, on a canal. Very comfortable, cozy and quiet. Plenty of room with a very appealing courtyard as well. Quality furnishing and fixtures with extra touches like chocolates, snacks, juices and sparkling water enhance the experience. Karin is a marvellous host who is very proactive, helpful , kind and generous. We highly recommend this establishment, in this gem of a town.

We were 4 people and 2 toddlers, we really liked it, we felt very comfortable. Everything was great What bothered me a lot was the smell of cleaning agent, it was really unbearable. We had to open all the doors completely at the beginning, but otherwise it was very nice. Highly recommended, we will definitely come again in September Yasmin Regards,

Rene's apartment was a great place to stay with secure parking, a nice enclosed backyard for that quiet drink after a hard day's travel, and every convenience in the apartment. Great that it was on ground level too with no steps to climb. Rene was a very gracious host and provided lots of suggestions on where to go. Alkmaar is a lovely town just a short walk away - the Stadskaffee Laurens is a good first stop as it serves half price coffee for that morning pickup. If you combine the Zuiderzeemuseum at nearby Enkhuizen (boat museum with an outdoor folk museum) with a stop at the Museummolen on the way, you will see some real history (much cheaper than Zaanse Schans). Definitely recommended!

An absolute gem of a find, clean, absolutely beautiful inside (even better than the photos!) and fully stocked with everything you would need. We spent five weeks here feeling grateful for the beautiful interior and the huge park nearby. Easy to walk to shops, parks and into the station or there is plenty of buses. Bed was very comfortable, the couch and lounge perfect and the balcony is a wonderful big space. The kitchen is fully stocked and very big, we cooked everyday and found it had all we needed and more. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. Every interaction we had was just lovely. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Naarden and enjoyed the space to explore the surrounding areas, had some proper night sleeps with our little one and can recommend it. Great Airbnb and great host as part of our trip across the Netherlands.

Staying in the yard cellar for a long weekend is recommended. Beautiful yard cellar, located near the city center and yet quiet. The pothuys is also recommended for live music. Waving from your own rented boat or waving to the other canal boats, both are wonderful.

The location was perfect for us and accommodations clean, quiet and private. Beautiful town! Hope to return someday!

BOOK THIS PLACE!!! I don’t know how we lucked out by getting this place last minute but I am so grateful. The local host, Ron was incredibly responsive and kind. The place was pristine and accurately matched the photos. It was a cute little place and I loved the earthy tones. It was in a convenient location to the tram and/or walking. Would definitely book there again. Thank you for having us.

It's a beautiful, comfortable apartment and very well connected to public transportation. The main loft room is ideal and the second is elegant and wonderfully comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and every detail is nice and pleasant. There is total autonomy and Gonny is super friendly and respectful. We have enjoyed 5 wonderful days as a family!

We loved our stay at Diederik's apartment, the amenities were amazing, we loved the balcony and the location was great with food stores and tram stations nearby. The apartment was very clean and had loads of great features. Communication was clear and the bedrooms were very comfortable, we would love to stay again. :)

Michiel and Marjolein are wonderful hosts. Their beautiful property is truly idyllic. The living space is very comfortable and intelligently planned - as guests, we felt very much at home. It was a joy in the mornings to wake early and hear the birdsong (so many varieties!) and sit with coffee by the beautiful pond overlooked by a majestic willow and wildflowers. The property is so private and very conveniently situated. We were really inspired by the gardens and are already planning our next visit! The location is in front of harbor and very close to the historic center of Monnickendam. Bus access was very good for nearby towns and villages, including Marken, Volendam, Edam and Broek in Waterland. I was happy to see the sunrise across the harbor and yachts from the window of this attic apartment. I also really liked the check-in time was early from 13:00. This made me to leave my bags in the apartment early and explore Monnickendam well in the afternoon. It is very good for especially a short term stay in this well organized clean apartment. Joke and Peter were both friendly hosts.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Worth repeating. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Our stay at Luba’s apartment was really lovely. Communication was very easy & timely. The apartment is beautiful with some great original features; it was also very comfortable too. Opening the balcony doors overlooking the quiet street & sitting to have a drink was great. The shower works well & the bath is low enough to step comfortably into. The bed is also very comfortable. The whole apartment is tastefully done with all the amenities you need. The stairs, like the stairs in a lot of Dutch houses, are a little steep but you soon get used to them & didnt cause us a problem. The washing machine was a great benefit & has a short wash to ensure you can be on the move. The area about 10 minutes outside The Hague was good for us - a lovely deli & other shops are close as are a number of good restaurants. Lieden & Delft are very easy to get to & well worth it. A great stay with lovely hosts in a nice location - I highly recommend.

The apartment is in a great location. It has a great view of a canal and this is its strongest point! It is also very close to the tram and Aurore is always willing to answer your questions. I am leaving the guest star of the house, Zola. Without her the house would be another ordinary airbnb.. Highly recommended!!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

Nice place! Pleasant and fun environment and very nice relaxed accommodation. Contact with Brenda was also very nice and smooth. Would definitely come back here again.

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

We spent a week before Easter at Thildy's and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is comfortably furnished and there is everything you need for a vacation. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped. Communication with Thildy was very good.
