It has beautiful views, enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the deck, my Airedale loved the yard and playing in the water, we enjoyed watching the ducks swimming by and even with the rain it was still beautiful and enjoyable and very relaxing, loved staying there!

Another awesome Spring Break vacay! Gorgeous view, hot tub, has everything we need. The girls love scootering in the front & playing with chalk (4 & 7 years old). Absolutely perfect spot for a family of 4 & a beloved dog ♥️

This home was perfect for our extended family as we gathered from around the country for an event. The 3 bedrooms were comfortable and more than sufficient. The deck outside was a great place to hang out in the evening and the view was great as well. The house was well stocked with just about everything we needed and the decor of the house really spoke volumes about the thought and care the owners put into this rental. The house was spotless and well maintained. We are grateful that we were able to stay here as a family during a not so ideal time... having this home base really helped.

This is a gorgeous, cozy place with a private beach - what more can you ask for? The unit was tiny and pristine, perfectly located near the ferry terminal. We loved the porch with the rocking chairs overlooking the beach and also appreciated the tea kettle + free tea. /coffee. You have to drive a bit to get to downtown Vashon where there’s more to do, but I was more than happy to do that. I loved this place and would stay here again!

Our family absolutely loves staying here! This was our second stay. The home is comfy and accommodating. The view, peacefulness, and privacy are unbeatable! It’s also such a fun area, with Port Gamble and Poulsbo being close by. There are also a number of hiking trails to explore. The host Tom, was so wonderful and accommodating.. this will be a regular spot for us… thank you!!! A++++++++++++++++++

Martha and her husband were so nice even though we only seen them twice during our week stay. Both times Martha was super friendly and knowledgeable. there were beautiful views from the back yard of the property and right down the road aswell. my girlfriend and i had a great time exploring the Olympic national park and whole peninsula from her place. we will definitely be back to this amazing state and would stay here again in the future. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Renton, Washington. The serene lake view was absolutely breathtaking and created the perfect peaceful atmosphere. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding and thoughtful touches throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a scenic location.

Mike has been one of the most attentive & friendly hosts that I have ever stayed with. They really make sure that you have everything you need, proactively checking in to ensure everything is comfortable for your stay. It felt like staying with extended family of sorts. this’s the fourth time I stay here and and we’ll continue to visit every year. This house is truly perfect for a getaway from the city. We loved staying here. This part of Tacoma is really unique -- super serene and quiet (and disappearing!) -- it's near the Port of Tacoma, so cargo ships are coming and going -- tug boats working to bring them in and out of the harbor -- there's seals, eagles and plenty of bird and geese. The house feels brand new -- with everything we needed or could have wanted there. A wonderful propane fire pit and grill and a perfect deck by the water. The photos are 100% accurate and it was all super easy, safe and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning—waking up to the calm water in the morning and watching the sunset reflect off the ocean in the evening made the trip unforgettable. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a peaceful escape, but still close enough to local attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway!

Thanks for the awesome hospitality. The Beach House has the true northwest feeling on the water. The views from the deck and looking out of the house nurtured a sense of relaxation.

The beach side gem was the perfect location for the wedding we attended at Kiana Lodge. Cabin had a great deck to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine. Hot tub was a bonus besides the beautiful views. Paul was quick to respond to questions and provide local recommendations.

This is a beautiful beach bungalow in a peaceful scenic location. The house had been tastefully decorated and the views of the water is incredible. I would recommend this space for families with older children or parties of adults only. The layout of the house is not well suited for families of 4+ with children under 6. Since this is an older home, the ceiling height and door frames are very low so it may feel very cramped for taller guests.

James’ house was as advertised with plenty of kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc. He was very responsive to any and all questions and overall we had a great experience. Thanks James!

Ana and Alejandro’s house is located at the perfect location with a private beach and beautiful gardens. There are lots of trails in the area that’s either a short ride from the house or within walking distance. The private beach was very peaceful and a bonus. Ana was extremely responsive to our questions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

So many wonderful things can be said about this property and the host! We stayed for spring break/my son’s 19th birthday. Chad had fresh sourdough bread, and a birthday cake in the house when we arrived. So extremely thoughtful. The house is immaculate, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, and the views were unmatched. We loved exploring the puget sound when the tide went out and watching the seals. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

My bookclub and I loved sharing time at Rita's. We enjoyed the view, the cozy living room, the large dining room, and the kitchen which was easy to navigate and cook in. We had such a great time that we will be booking another visit in the fall.

What an incredibly peaceful property. Absolutely stunning, the water crashing on the shore was magnificent.

This was my second time staying at this amazing home. The home is very nice, new and spotless. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. And it’s right on the water with spectacular views of Mt Ranier. It’s also close to Sunrise Beach Park that has fun hiking trails. And the town of Gig Harbor is a gem. Both of my stays were perfect. And it’s only about 600 steps from parking to the house - and it’s a beautiful walk along the water. I can’t recommend this house strongly enough.

Gorgeous home, unbeatable views. Our stay was so enjoyable and comfortable, the house was spacious and well apportioned. The beach was fantastic. Amazing neighborhood, both quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. Super responsive hosts and super helpful as we forgot a few items.

What a beautiful home! It’s private, cozy, relaxing and has the best views. The kitchen is so fun to cook in and offers everything you need. Joseph was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub is the best, it’s in the perfect location to enjoy the scenery. 5 stars all around!
