It was a very professionally decorated, comfortable house. We had a very nice time. It was clean and complete. Although it is centrally located, we had no problems with parking. If we come again, we would like to stay in this house.

Maria's house was the cleanest of the AirBnb houses I've ever stayed in. It was like we were in our own home. Maria is a great host. Although we had a last-minute guest, he understood this situation. Everything was very clean exept that the room air was very dusty. If you have rinit alergy like me, it is really bad. Konstantinos is very helpfull and reachable. It is in center of the town. Walkable place.

The apartment was totally centrally located with its own private parking space. We enjoyed the great balcony very much. You were right by the sea and many great restaurants. Communication was very good and Eirini responded quickly to messages. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

The place was super clean, ultra-modern, full equipped, and great. It's right next to the central square however the apartment was very quiet. The host is very friendly, kind, and understandable. Anytime I called him for various information he responded immediately and willingly. I will definitely choose the same accommodation when I find myself in Komotini again.

We were very polite at the entrance, the apartment was 3+1, three bedrooms had a double bed in each room, the rooms were spotless and very spacious, two families with children can stay very comfortably. It was 2 km away from the center, I will definitely choose it again for my next vacation. We left very satisfied.

We have the best to say only about the apartment. We felt at home, equipped with everything, clean and beautiful. We were very comfortable with the proximity to the Municipal Swimming Pool that was a point of interest for us, while it was too short and easy to walk to the center. Irini is helpful and very kind and direct in communication. We highly recommend it!

Probably the best Airbnb we have experienced. From all the Airbnbs I've been to in various countries, this was the most professionally maintained apartment. The place was located perfectly and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly meticulously clean. I think the little things at Airbnb go a long way, right full stock of tissue and towel paper, garbage bins, full sets of towels, and such. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The only two points that were not perfect was the early check out time and the small second bed. We don't usually travel as a group of 4 people and didn't know what to expect so when we saw this place can accomodate 4 people we assumed the pull out couch would be large enough; however, the pull out couch was really just a single bed at most. At the end, we found a way to be comfortable and enjoy the experience. All the positives outweigh the small hiccups, and this will definitely be our go to place when we visit Alexandroupoli

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, the house was clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A newly restored immaculate house. Although it looks a little far from the center, it's a quiet street where you can safely park your car in front of the door. Parking is a problem in more central places. If you like walking, it's an average of 1km away from sightseeing and restaurants.

The cleanest apt. I have seen so far. The apt. has a very nice balcony, nice snacks were ready at arrival. The room is a tiny one, so it was fine enough for us as we only slept and spent time at balcony.

Good and very clean place to stay! Nice kids bedroom, if we ever visit Alexandroupoli this place is definitely a spot that we’d like to come again!

Great place! Highly recommended. We (3 adults + baby) spent a week in the apartment. Despite super central location, it was still very quiet. Restaurants, shopping and cafes are within walking distance. The bedrooms face the courtyard/balcony. The apartment is as in the pictures. Very clean and cozy. In addition, the kitchen was equipped with many kitchen utensils (kettle, capsule coffee machine Salt, pepper, sugar, oil, coffee capsules Kitchen paper, cleaning sponge, cloth, dish soap) which is not self-evident. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. Get quick and helpful responses. We'll be back :)

Everything is ok perfect

Our host, Mr. Thodor, is a very nice host. While we were supposed to check in on Sunday, he waited for us until 1am on Saturday and allowed us to check in early. The house is in a very central place with parking. We were very satisfied with the house, I would love to only have a washing machine. Mr. Thodor answered all our questions If I go again, I will stay in this house again Thank you very much.

Nice place, close to the center, full amenities. By reading the previous reviews, I was able to get a clear picture, even we were pleasantly surprised by the charm of the living room. We only stayed one night, although the place seems suitable for a longer stay as well.
