This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place. It is clean, spacious, and the views are stunning, just a short walk to Dewey beach and Sunapee town. Highly recommend! Perhaps the only (minor) downside was that the place was short on household supplies and there were no grocery stores within a walking distance.

This is an absolutely fantastic home base to explore the NH lakes region as well as eastern VT! Jesse was an amazing host. He was super helpful and offered a myriad of hiking and dining suggestions well in advance of our stay, and even offered an earlier check-in time! The directions were easy to follow, surrounding location exactly as-described, and check-in was a breeze. Inside: The home itself was very well appointed, including a lot of really fun games! We loved how the focal point of the main gathering space was a great table rather than a TV. Excellent idea!! Plenty of space for our family of 5 including 3 older teens. Outside: The deck was lovely, and the neighbors waved to us when we passed, which made us feel right at home. Super close to Newfound Lake, and Squam too- if you want to see where “On Golden Pond” was filmed! :) Odysea was great for coffee and a quick breakfast, and Hannaford is super close for groceries. So sad to be leaving. Don’t miss this treasure!

Despite some snow and a power outage, our family had a nice, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The gas fireplace was a blessing and helped us stay warm during the outage. The house was well-equipped and had all amenities as advertised. Merrill was a great host!

Loved staying here and having the water right outside, so beautiful. My pup loved running laps around the fenced in yard, will definitely want to come back and stay again when it’s not raining!

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

What a wonderful stay we had at Bill & Lil's! There was excellent communication from beginning to end and everything is exactly as described. There is plenty of space for 2-4 to enjoy a comfortable stay. The entire property is beautiful and well cared for. Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing get-away yet only a short drive to a variety of restaurants, wineries, brewery, grocery stores, shopping and much more. A big THANK YOU to them for being AMAZING hosts! The thoughtful touches from Lil were very much appreciated. We will most definitely be back.

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

A very comfortable abode. Would recommend. Was concerned about our uke music and voices disturbing residents above us. Especially liked the nearby rail trail for walking and biking.

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Nice condo. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms are very separate. I’d say you get kids could not stay in the downstairs queen bedroom and it’s not at all in ear shot of the upstairs bedrooms. Bathroom with shower is on first floor. Half bath is upstairs. Living room is on second floor. TV’s were easy to use. House was clean. It’s not handicap friendly so if that’s an issue I’d choose another place. The condo is down several stairs and decking. There were plants of parking spaces in the lower lot. Heat worked great. Place was cozy.

This home at a lake was exactly as described, adorable, and the perfect relaxing getaway. You can't be more "on the water" without getting wet! Looking out over the lake in the morning with a cup of coffee, listening to the loons...awesome! Great location too as there are some great spots to eat nearby, simple drive to Portsmouth in one direction and Concord in the other. Our host was super informative and responsive, and the home was immaculate when we arrived. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend!

Perfect cottage ! Cozy and well stocked. Extremely clean and supplied with everything you could need. Loved the 4 season porch with lake view !

We enjoyed a great weekend getaway at this place. Denise was a great host who were helpful and always quick to respond. The house is cozy and clean, perfect size for two adults. It is conveniently located while being private. We kayaked on Paugus Bay and hiked Mt Major. Would definitely come back again.

We can always rely on a great long term stay at the cottage.

We went for our baby moon. The location… ambience… all of it, created a relaxing and nice way to get away from the kiddos and celebrate adding an our third! We’ll come back with the kiddos next time though because the pond, paddleboards, and kayaks are more than worth it!

Really incredible cabin! It’s cute - homey and private! Such cute touches! Sadly it rained and we didn’t get to enjoy the water , but it still had a cute indoor space overlooking the water, great tunes and played games they had! It was a great get away! Don’t cancel because of rain.. it was delightful! Great local eatery too !! Highly recommend Stark Tavern.. Very friendly area! Will be back we enjoyed our time! Thank you for hosting!

Helen's home was in the most beautiful location, very peaceful and the perfect spot to unwind. Sitting out on the deck looking off into the water was the most amazing feeling and we also had amazing weather to enjoy some canoe rides with our dog, which was her first time so that made a wonderful memory. The layout of the home, the sliders to the deck and access to the water, there is no other way vacation! We didn't want to leave, hoping to be back!
