Great stay, nice staff. Our bungalows were very clean and new. Jhun lives next door and is reachable throughout the entire stay and on request he serves drinks and there is also a kitchen team to order food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). All at a fair price and very delicious. The property is about 10 minutes from Moalboal by car. The property offers various excursions & organizes everything. In the evening you have a beautiful sunset. We were very satisfied and would always recommend the place.

Surrounded by nature, a beautiful dream home u wish to live there forever, everything u need u will find it, good internet connection, washing machine, grill, huge kitchen with everything u need, we had our Arab food night after getting ingredients we need from Mantalongon market which is 4 minutes away by car, it was the best days we had in the Philippines with activities like Canyoneering and hiking around

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this accommodation overlooking the blue sea. It was very cosy and private, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The property has a huge front yard that you share with two other accommodations also under HomestayCalifornia, and you can easily access a coral beach that is just a few steps away. The caretaker, Kuya Reagan is very helpful and tended to our enquiries and requests very amicably. We liked that it was not within the hustle and bustle of Panagsama, but still we could easily access the town centre in 10 mins via a tricycle arranged by Kuya Reagan. There are also two very sweet and friendly dogs living on the property, and we couldn't get enough of them. One of them even followed us out for a 5 km run in the morning, before joining us for a dip at the beach. Truly a gem of a place, and I will certainly stay here again if I'm back in Cebu.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Villa and as always,the place did not disappoint. Highly recommended for intimate family gatherings. Thank you.

Very nice and clean place. Everything was according to the description. Nice pool in the yard. Plenty of room. Felt very good and secured. Staff was helpful and made everything so we could feel as comfortable as possible. Nice balconies.:) Highly recommended if you are in a region!:)

My family and I love the place! Perfect place to unwind, unplug, and get closer to nature. It was also our first time sleeping in a camper van and though it’s a bit cramped to 4 adults, it’s definitely an experience we all enjoyed! We already recommended the place to our family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The pool and water views were absolutely stunning, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The place is very private, allowing us to unwind in peace. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The caretakers were also exceptionally courteous and always available to answer any questions we had. The property itself was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with all the essentials, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb rentals I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and well-maintained retreat. We’ll definitely be back!

Paul was a very responsive and awesome Host! Our group was in awe when we arrived at the place! Although we were late to check in even when Paul initially approved of an early check in but his team was so accomodating and we felt safe and at home immediately when we arrived! It was a very awrsome experience, the whole place felt very private and the amenities are the best. We had a great time spending hours in the pool and playing billiards in the evening then had a great view of the beach in the morning. The rainy weather did not atop us from enjoying our time there— it even made the whole stay better! Overall, Paul and his team, the place itself and the whole experience were top-tier! We’ll definitely be back and with a longer time to stay.

This is a quiet and secluded Moalboal countryside accommodation. You can enter the sea right in front of you at any time, the water is clean, and the sunset is beautiful. We had a great time thanks to the prompt host and friendly caretaker. Breakfast and dinner are both great. The soundproofing is not good, so the sound of chickens in the private house next door may be very noisy, so if you are sensitive, prepare earplugs. The chicken crowing is cute haha
