We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was spotless and Isidoro and Maria were extremely responsive to all our questions and provided excellent recommendations on places to eat, transportation options, bike rental places, and other questions we had. The location was perfect, close to many squares and plazas with good restaurants and gelaterias. There was certainly some construction happening but we had absolutely no regrets in choosing this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

The photos look great, but this place is even more stunning when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and spacious, the balcony view is simply stunning and you have everything you need on the doorstep. The host was great for recommendations too

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Our experience is that Laetitia's place was even better than in pictures. Spacy and clean apartment (with beautiful terrace), well maintained pool area (which my family loved) and easy contact made it unforgettable experience. There are shops and bakery nearby (5-7 min walk) too. Oh, and the beach 5 mins away is stunning. 10/10

We had an amazing stay, the apartment is beautiful and was extremely clean and tidy. We loved the views, it was an easy walk into Port de Soller and there were a lot of good recommendations from Biel that we utilised! Would definitely stay again!

Thank you John for a great stay in Palma! The apartment was very spacious and perfectly placed to walk to great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. John helped us find parking close by and gave us great tips to save money by booking parking in advance. He also gave us many recommendations for our time in Palma. The AC worked really well. Maria's place was the perfect spot for our short holiday. It was ideally located right in the center of town, surrounded by great restaurants and with a beautiful view of the sunrise over the trees. The apartment had everything we needed, and the kitchen was especially well-equipped, including a coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. Maria went above and beyond by providing breakfast items, drinks, and snacks to make our stay even more enjoyable. She was very attentive, staying in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend staying at Maria's place—great location, thoughtful host, and comfortable accommodations!

Fabulous place in a quiet location. Ideal for Finca Morneta venue. Easy walk into local village. Loved the whole place !

Miguel's apartment is a nice and small oasis of peace. Palma city center is about a 25-minute walk or a 6-minute bus ride away. Miguel was always there to help us with any questions we had. We recommend the apartment.

Absolute beautiful house , clean , comfortable , host could not have done more for us went way over and above , perfect communication. The location of this house is just brilliant only 3 min walk to the beach and so many restaurants and bars so close by , the house is on a lovely quiet street so didn’t hear any late night music , the port is only 5 mins away with amazing restaurants, all round I highly recommend this house/host, my family and I had a perfect holiday here and I would definitely come back .Thank you Pheaton your house is beautiful x

We had 12 nights at Isabelle’s lovely beach house. The house was very well equipped with kitchen things and was very cosy downstairs and beautifully light and bright upstairs. The mezzanine bedroom worked very well for our family of 4 with an 8 year old and baby under 1. She configured the beds to our liking which was wonderful! Plus the beds were very comfortable. Isabelle was incredibly responsive with any questions that we had. Thank you Isabelle!

Aakash and Guillermo are great hosts and have a wonderful house. It's very comfortable, beautifully designed, squeaky clean and has a great location! The house was very well equipped as well. We had a wonderful time - 2 families with teens.

Catherine’s villa was absolutely beautiful ! Stunning views of the village of Soller and the best fresh orange tree by the pool to finish off the perfect setting.

We spent a week at Ralf’s apartment with our 9 month old and it was perfect. The apartment was clean, had great amenities and two fabulous balcony’s. A cot and high chair was provided which was super helpful. The coffee machine was a big bonus! Everything was close and within walking distance, the beach was around a 5 minute walk and the centre was around a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend staying at Ralf’s if you are a couple or have a young family.

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket

For those looking to stay somewhere quieter in Mallorca, this is a great place. It had all the amenities I needed and I enjoyed my stay, highly recommend!

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

A very nice accommodation, which is located almost directly on the beach - in 2 minutes you can walk to the sea. Everything else, such as supermarkets, restaurants and co. are also super fast to reach. There is also a secure extra parking area right outside the front door, which is very convenient. We were totally satisfied, the apartment is exactly as described. Akim (Maxim's son) was our contact person from the time we received the keys and is very likable and accommodating. He was available to us day and night and made our stay as pleasant as possible. We definitely recommend the accommodation and would come back again and again. :)
