Cozy mansion on the country side, with a fence all around and an electric gate for entering. Very quiet, and fully equipped kitchen and a stereo device ready to play your favorite music on Bluetooth. Rafael was very helpful and made sure we felt at home. (Remember to bring money for the mandatory tourist tax €1,10 per person per night) We enjoyed the place and can recommend it for others to enjoy.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. We had a wonderful stay at this very nice house in Colonia with our two children age 9 and 11. The village is calm and endearing. With nice restaurants on the boulevard to enjoy dinners with sunset. The small beach is good for swims. And overall a good base to explore the nice bays on the south east coast as well as up north. Palma is an hour drive and very nice for a visit. The house is spacious and clean. Everything you need is there. The courtyard has nice sun in the morning and afternoon. And a view on the rockformations. And especially when you are coming by plane it is very nice to have some products to use like salt, pepper, oil, herbs, toiletpaper, soaps, to start up. Contact with Marta was easy. So if you are looking for a quieter but lovely small town and a comfortable place then it is 100% recommended.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful house. Hosts were welcoming and informative. The house itself was clean and spacious, with lots of beautiful spaces to relax and unwind in. The pool and nature surroundings made for a perfect escape. The location up north was fantastic - there are lots of beautiful places to visit within a 5-20 minute drive. We were also blessed with a visit from the little cats on the property, which was a lovely addition. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we needed an additional plug converter. Overall we had a very memorable and enjoyable time!

We had wonderful days , were able to relax and enjoy the tranquility, at the same time you were quickly in a city for errands. The finca is lovingly furnished and has almost everything. - from Netflix to a sweet bathroom. For absolute happiness, only two larger glasses were missing - so a luxury problem😎 highly recommended!

We loved our stay here! The house was spacious and perfect for a family (6-8 persons) holiday. The house is located in a very peaceful & quiet area. The garden with private pool was beautiful. So nice to wake up to the sound of birds and very green garden. We also had access to an outside gym and ping pong table, which was fun. All the rooms had airconditioning, which we did not need in April/May, but real nice to have in the summer season. There is a Lidl in walking distance which was very convenient. And it was a 2 minute drive to an Aldi & Mercadona. Lots of restaurants at the beach of Can Picafort (5 min drive) or in the neighboring towns like Muro. The communication with Fabio beforehand and during our stay was very friendly & warm. He was very helpful, made us feel right at home and a great host. We also loved his cat and dog Nico that came and visit us now and again ;) We would love to come back again! Especially during summertime so we can make use of the pool :)

My family and I went here for a short break in April. We wished we could have stayed longer. It is very conveniently located for going into either Puerto da Pollensa or Alcudia, but far enough outside Puerto da Pollensa to make it feel rural. The views from the front of the property are amazing and the pool just the right size for relaxing at. Our host was kind enough to provide some groceries for our first morning as we arrived late on the Sunday night. I would love to stay here again.

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful time! The accommodation is 1:1 as shown in the pictures and we liked it very much. If we had any questions, we could always contact the landlord, who was also generally very friendly. We were provided with drinks and a few snacks right at the beginning. The property is in a quiet, private location. A bus stop is not far away if you do not have a car available. Right next door is Algaida, a small town about 25 minutes by car from Palma and everything else is easy to reach by car (and also by bus). In the warm weather, the pool was an absolute dream! This is not heated, but even at the end of May it is already warm enough in the early morning hours. The existing table tennis table also gave us a lot of fun. We would definitely spend our time in Mallorca here again.

It was a beautiful place to stay. We felt very comfortable there. You can simply relax perfectly and enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend

A very beautiful and quiet property with a large garden and a small but cozy casita. We really enjoyed our stay there, and our puppy felt right at home! Communication with Ana and Matheus was excellent. They helped us very quickly with one or two problems and checked in with us almost daily. There's really nothing to complain about, except that the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped. There's no kettle, no good chopping knives, and no large cups. But that shouldn't be a problem for non-cookers, and even if you do cook, you'll be fine. Thank you, Ana & Matheus, for this wonderful stay! We wish you a great season!

Had a lovely stay at Can Content. Catalina was super responsive and helpful for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Local restaurants are a short walk away and was ideal for our race with quick local taxis.

We had a wonderful stay at Can Mollet. Joana is lovely and thoughtful, gave us a full tour of the house, and was easy to reach when necessary. She even got our children some beach toys. The house is exactly as pictured, cosy and charming, clean and with comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outside space to share dinners, lounge around, swim and enjoy the quiet. Beaches and various nice little villages to visit just a little drive away. We would love to come back some day!

The place is beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool, in the evening we enjoyed the view and barbecue. For me, the worst is the uphill driveway by car, it requires a smaller car or a more daring driver. The location is great, close to the center, yet private. The host responded immediately to all questions and was very helpful.

Fantastic, central location with the most stunning views of the mountain. Alaro is a beautiful area with great shops and restaurants. Communication with Emma was great. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

An apartment in the middle of nature, animals (goats, chickens, cats, dog) and plants. We had a great time. Petra and Santi are very friendly, attentive without being intrusive. Ideal accommodation in good weather but the old and dark interior can be less pleasant in prolonged bad weather.

Eva is a super nice and great host. She always had time when there were problems or questions and always answered immediately. The house is really nice and has everything you need. The fact that you can pick your own fruit directly from the garden is also an absolute highlight. It couldn't have been better!

There were two of us traveling and therefore little in the accommodation, but it left nothing to be desired. Everything was super clean and served its purpose. We were able to store our luggage on the terrace before check-in to explore the beach and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Casa Sueno exceeded our expectations. Ed and Wayne were fantastic hosts and our stay in Port de Soller was magical. We rented a car, but walked everywhere as parking was a challenge. We will definitely be back to visit!

I was at Cesc's farm for a 'workation' and it was just the perfect place for it. I worked by day next to the swimming pool and in the breaks and after work I was able to instantly relax. This was because of the beautiful farm with swimming pool, the nice kitchen, all of the lovely animals and the great nature around the farm. Francesc was an incredible host in every way: super kind, responsive and gave a lot of tips. I would recommend everybody to go here if you're looking for a nice and relaxing getaway.
