The stay was great! From the beginning the communication was very quick, which is greatly appreciated. We arrived at the house and they had left us a pack of local products and ones🍺!! We happy!!! Everything is very clean and equipped to the last detail. In addition, the area has been a discovery, we will be back for sure!!

The apartment is really very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the time and would book again at any time. Ana Luiza had many great tips for excursions in the area for us.

The apartment is big enough and has great views. Located just steps from the sea. There were also two SUPs with life jackets, a great added value for a nice vacation. Within walking distance there is a tram that goes to the village and to Alicante, this is very convenient. The only downside is that the children's room is adjacent to an courtyard, where two restaurants are located. If there are guests there (during our stay especially on Friday nights and Saturday nights), it is noisy in this bedroom. We weren't expecting this. But we would definitely come back to this apartment with pleasure.

We stayed 4 days, and we felt at home, very peaceful, everything was sparkling, everything was as in the photographs, the arrival was very pleasant and familiar, the service was great, and if we needed anything we were well taken care of, we will repeat the experience!

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

The second time I have stayed here and will definitely be back. Was dealing with a family emergency and Ivana was so quick and responsive. The flat is lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The views from the balcony are stunning. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante. Florin's apartment is peaceful and full of light. The distance to the city center and the sea was perfect for us—we love walking. Communication with Florin was very pleasant. We had to change our holiday plans at the last minute, and he was incredibly helpful. One of the best Airbnb experiences so far. Dino is incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful. The apartment is great and even got us through a rainy day without us missing anything. The decor is modern and cozy. The small seating area on the covered balcony is great to end the evening. It has everything, even beach towels, umbrella, etc. When we are back in Alicante, we will be happy to come back.

I recommend it. The house is impeccable and very cozy. Very attentive, kind and helpful host, as well as thoughtful.

The location was good, the view was very good, the space in the house was spacious, and it was a nice accommodation with everything you need. The host always responded kindly, and even though we accidentally broke a wine glass, the host didn't have a problem with it at all. When I checked out, I accidentally left my phone charger in the house, and the host kindly said he would send it to my home address by mail. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Very good experience in Raquel and her family's studio. She was very attentive to everything. The ideal studio, tastefully decorated. The location is very good, you can easily walk to everything. I recommend it!!

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We enjoyed all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are amazing. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

Fantastic stay we’ve experienced in the apartment. Space is far more brighter and stylish than on pics, although it’s greatly snapped for public. It’s also equipped with a lots of household stuff, eg not salt and pepper only, but a sets of beach bags and towels, etc..full set of nice dining plates and var kitchen / laundry utensils in a spotless condition. The view off the 24th floor is breathtaking. Would definitely come back once me and the family are back in area for vacation

Modern, comfortable and very convenient apartment. High standard, equipped with everything you need and even much more.... The roof terrace with a jacuzzi is unique and perfectly equipped, barbecue, huge table, lounge furniture and deckchairs. A breathtaking view. There was nothing that I did not like. The location of the apartment is absolutely unique. It is only a 15-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is perfect, Julia, who gave us the keys, was very attentive and kind all the time.

The apartment is amazing ! We felt right at home, a very quiet area, with a small restaurant very close by. They have been very kind to us and punctual in the delivery of the keys. The apartment has all the amenities. Super recommended
