We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Stefan was easy and great to communicate with and the house was like the description. It was good proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants!

We had a lovely and relaxing two week stay in this well equipped property. The apartment was pristine, clean and spacious with attention to detail. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the lovely pool, incredible views and having access to some excellent walking routes in the area. Regina is a super host, well-organised, friendly and responsive.

We have just returned from our first visit to Calpe and have fallen in love with the place. Everything about the apartment was perfect for us. It is very clean and well equipped and the location is wonderful. It is next to a lovely beach and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. We walked into the old town and also along the beautiful promenade along to the next beach again with good bars and restaurants. We received a very warm welcome from Dagmar, who after showing us around the apartment left us to enjoy our holiday. We were there during the power outage and she very kindly brought us a torch and candles. We would definitely love to return.

everything perfect. apartment in a quiet area with everything you need to spend a few days. the beach just crossing the street. the pool saves you when there is red flag if you have children. and the garage is also a great addition.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great 2 weeks. Super view of Cala Advocat and a good sized pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is indeed private and very handy for good local restaurants. Gym and washing machine a welcome bonus. Would happily stay here again.

cant fault the apartment or the host Chris.Everything was as described and Chris was so freindly.Communication was exceptional response instant couldnt ask for more. This apartment is in a very good location for our needs,quiet enough to relax on balcony or by the pool and close to the night life. Nice appartment close to the centre of Oliva and 1km from the beach

This really is an amazing place with a nice view. Perfect to stay as a couple for a couple of days or longer. Parking is easy and Ingrid is really nice. She let me stay 1 hour longer because I needed to finish some work and that was no problem. Also a little welkom drink and chocolate is provided! Would highly reccomend This place.

We enjoyed our stay at Dava’s. We had everything we needed and there was a supermarket close by. As advertised.

Stayed here for 10 nights. The apartment is located to the side of the driving range. The views are very nice of the course and surrounding area. We really enjoyed using the jacuzzi plus sitting in the sunny conservatory in the evenings. I would recommend this apartment to golfers or holiday makers - only 10 mins walking to bars / restaurants. The apartment was clean and checking in was very easy. We are hoping to return shortly. Best regards Russ

The place was lovely stunning views great beds and electric shutters so pitch black for sleeping. The both toilets were clean and the showers were amazing. The views and hot tub were also a great addition I will be definitely be back.

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

I had a great stay at this lovely property in Benidorm! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The garden was a peaceful spot to relax. The location was also very convenient, with everything within easy reach. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

We had a very nice week at Rafal's. The apartment is nice, comfortable and not least very practical. We enjoyed all the swimming opportunities. We had a rental car and with it we easily got to all places. The beaches in the area are amazing. I would recommend a trip to Villajoyosa. I can definitely recommend Rafal's apartment to others.

We stayed at Pedro's apartment and were delighted. From the first moment he was very kind and attentive, and gave us clear and well-detailed instructions for entry, which made the arrival much easier. Everything matched exactly what is shown in the publication: the apartment was impeccably clean, with a modern and cozy decoration. The jacuzzi was definitely a great plus, in excellent condition and perfect for relaxing. One detail that I thought was great is that in a previous evaluation, it was suggested to have a refrigerator, and now it has one! You can tell that Pedro is always looking to improve his guests' experience. The location was easy to find and everything worked smoothly. I recommend this place 100% and would definitely come back. Iconic apartment is perfect for relaxing holiday. The place is just the way it was described! Everything was clean and messaging to host was easy and they anwsered quickly! There is bus stop nearby that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola so that made traveling to these places easy! Only very small minus is maybe the one set of keys (if there is people who want to do different stuff) I truly recommend this place if you want to relax with good ameneties and the beach nearby😊!
