Beautiful house in Cala Alcaufar, Menorca

Charming semi-deteached house located in Cala Alcaufar, one of the most exclusive and authentic places in Menorca. It is a quiet residential area, very few tourists, where local people have their summer houses. From the house you can walk to the Alcaufar beach, a 5-minute walk. The whole house is fully equipped and has low consumption electric radiators. The master bedroom also has air conditioning. The property is situated within a short distance from Alcaufar beach with turquoise waters.

This chalet is ideal to come as a family to spend a vacation in Menorca. It is located in an ideal area, close to Mahon and the airport and, in turn, just a few minutes away from the best beaches in the island. It is a secluded villa with land, with capacity for 6 people; it consists of three double bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom and other full bathroom, office, living-dining room and kitchen. It also has a porch with an ocean view where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Luxury studio with private pool

Independent studio part of a set of three buildings. Below the main house you will discover our studio on the ground floor on the swimming pool with its hammam, its swimming pool and its bathroom. Magnificent place set back from the house built on the edge of the canyon. Not overlooked, totally private, the view of the canyon is spectacular. The swimming pool is an integral part of the studio and is not shared with any other traveler. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.
