Very good accommodation with everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. Stef was very communicative and decisive. Very good location, in front of the beach.

The accommodation is great, very nice, the kitchen is fully equipped, the jacuzzi is much larger than it appears in the photos, the terrace is amazing and the house in general is beautiful and in perfect condition. Silvia was a very attentive host, she explained how everything worked and was always available for any questions, in addition to giving us recommendations of places to visit. I recommend it 100%, we'll be back for sure!!

We had a very nice time in the apartment, the place was exactly as described. Everything was neatly clean and everything we needed was present. We enjoyed the great sea view and the sun on the balcony where we could sit. The sea and shops are in walking distance, completely super. We have been there in a quiet season that made everything very relaxed and quiet. Claudia responds quickly and we had a good contact with Alina who was very helpful and was ready for all our questions. In short, super tasty!! thanks

I went with my 3-year-old girl and we didn't lack anything in the apartment, more there was a high chair to eat and my son could not get happier .hemos was very quiet and very comfortable. Thanks Noemí and thanks to his father who attended us luxury.

The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect. It's about a 40-minute walk to the city. Supermarkets are about 8 minutes by car. You can be on the beach in 30 seconds. Maria was very accommodating. We were even allowed in the apartment much earlier on the first day. Thanks - we'll be back

From our first contact with Sylvana, we were aware of her total commitment in ensuring that every detail of renting accommodation was seamless and easy. All instructions were clear. We spent a week in August. Everything clean and as shown in the pictures. Very quiet area but at the same time, very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bars,etc. The garden pool area and very well maintained. With all the services and amenities for a good stay. Danielle was very helpful and attentive, she left us some recommendations.

Many thanks to Christine who made our vacation a dream on the beach. We stayed 2 weeks, 2 adults and 2 children and had a wonderful time in her appartment. You have a feeling that you live more or less on the beach with beautiful view from a wonderful terrass. The swimmingpool, private parking in a closed area made it easy and relaxed. 15 min walk to the beach without stones. Excellent communication. Be aware that you need to help Christine to wash the bedlinen and hang them to dry for the next guests as Christine is not on place. That was ok. Well equipped apmt with all you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back. Thank you Christine!!

Excellent apartment, in a beautiful residence with a pleasant and wooded pool area (beware of mosquitoes anyway) Very responsive host and very easy relationship. If we have the opportunity, we will go back without hesitation.

My stay at this charming house in Peñíscola was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location is ideal: just a few minutes' walk to the beach and close to the old town, where you can explore cobbled streets and enjoy the local cuisine. The house is spacious and decorated in a cozy and modern style. The rooms are bright and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The kitchen is fully stocked. One of the highlights was the terrace, where we spent the morning enjoying coffee and the views. In addition, the host was very attentive. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Peñíscola. We hope to be back soon!

Thank you for the nice days in your great apartment which you have furnished with love, stylishly and harmoniously, we felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and the palm trees from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the balcony is fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, perfect for us. Short distances from the underground parking space to the apartment, excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. Aldi and Mercadona are within walking distance in 3 minutes. Tip, in the Mercadonna back left, food is cooked daily and various food can be taken away. We ate very well and inexpensively at the Acapulco restaurant a few steps south of the apartment towards the sea. There is local cuisine and also very delicious pizza. Too bad we have to go home already!

The accommodation is close to everything and in front of the beach, the best the terrace with the views. It is a perfect apartment for two people, you can walk to the old town and castle in about 20 minutes. Host was friendly.

Communication before we arrived, during the stay and after our departure was great! Laura is incredibly sweet, kind, caring. it's a pleasure to have been able to connect with her. As far as the accommodation is concerned, everything was perfect, the location is superb, the parking is easy and free nearby. Everything is clean, spacious, and bright. Air conditioning is missing, but the presence of a portable fan is fine. The black-out curtains in the bedroom are a real treat to sleep without light! The pool with 3 pools, easy to access and superb for small infants, medium children and large adults. The gardens are very nice. Recommended Thanks Laura. 🙌

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

Spectacular! The apartment is impeccable, everything is new. The jacuzzi is a plus. We had no problems parking, since Monica gave us all the information with the directions. Definitely highly recommended, perfect for disconnecting!

As for the apartment, I can only have words of praise. It is as described and shown in the pictures. Quiet, impeccably clean, comfortable mattresses, a good TV, pool, closed parking in the same development, 5 minutes walk from the beach, a magnificent terrace and everything you need to have a good vacation in Oropesa and feel at home.

Very good location and surroundings, it is as described, a 10 for the person in charge of cleaning, we found an impeccable apartment, I recommend this apartment 100%, the guys from drayza very attentive and helpful, the kitchen very well equipped, the truth is that it is an apartment to keep in mind.

Victor was very attentive and friendly. He was flexible with the check-in time and the checkout process was easy. The apartment had more than the amenities listed and was in an ideal location just walking distance to everything. There is a Cafe located directly under the apartment which serves the best cafe con leche (coffee). The apartment was extremely clean and extra linen was provided in every bedroom.

Great place near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood.

This accomodation, along with its included parking space, served great as a "base camp" for the family during a one week visit on the spanish east coast. Even though the apartment in itself is nothing exceptional, it's was sufficiently functional and perfect for our needs. More than enough to have a nice stay. We travelled during off-season and perceived the apartment as very good in relation to price. Great value for money. Our 3-year old enjoyed the opening in the wall between kitchen and living room (to play pretend shop). She also of course enjoyed playing on the beach which is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Ismael replied quickly on communication, was flexible with the time to meet us for the check-in and arranged a crib and high chair to our baby without extra charge. Much appreciated, thanks for the stay!
