Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home on the lake. Direct lake front gives you fabulous views from the wrap around deck, and access to all kinds of fun. A beautifully updated interior with fantastic kitchen, brand new appliances, and a granite breakfast bar! Open floor plan living area with glass walls on the lakeside makes for an incredible vacation experience. Canoeing, kayaking , and fishing all day, going to great local restaurants at night. What could be better?!

We recommend to bring water bottles.

Private, Cozy House!

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Nancy's place was exactly as described. Gorgeous home with lots of open space. The screened in porch is lovely to sit on in the evenings and watch the lake. The home was very clean and there were plenty of extra linens, cookware, and even toiletries. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again!

fantastic host, super kind and friendly. was very responsive and helpful. the house is so cute, big fan of the cow bathroom and the little yellow bedroom they're absolutely cute. there are fun little fish signs too that kept us laughing every time wed find a new one. a 10/10 place to stay and only 8 minutes from the border so it made cute little day trips over into Canada really convenient and fun 😊. thank you so much for allowing the opportunity to stay, hope to come again 😁

Terrific house for a large group on the Lake Champlain Islands. Private beach (across the street), great well-equipped kitchen, large clean rooms, you can watch the sunset from the screened in porch. If any criticism, it isn't Marc or his place. It is the Lake Champlain Islands. Great if you are looking for a place to be with family and friends and not go any where. But don't expect to find decent restaurants, cafes, or shopping. Limited walking opportunities. Biking is good, but after a few trips up and down the Islands, not much more to see. Highlights of what we did was off the Island--Montreal, Burlington, and don't miss St. Albans. Only 30 minutes away and has everything that Alburgh and the Islands don't.

My wife and I stayed for an entire month. The cottage is super nice and very private. The host responded immediately to the power going out in a storm and one other minor issue. We highly recommend this rental and would stay there again anytime.

My family stayed here. The house was great. A bit of trouble opening the front door but I understand that is temporary. Fabulous view of lake from bedroom and porch We had 3 children under 5 so the huge fenced in yard was a real plus. They could run and run and run! Special bonus: fabulous flowers around the house. Would definitely stay there again. Very much appreciated the communication from the host before, during and after the stay. He was very attentive to make sure everything was ok.

We loved staying at Mike & Liane’s place - it was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and the proximity to the Lake cannot be beat. We were lucky enough to run into Mike a few times, and he was warm and welcoming. We had such a magical stay!
