A great location, the building is directly connected to the shopping center surrounding Mandela Square. A very safe location. Plenty of shops and restuarants nearby. The room was very spacious and worth the price. The touristy hop-on, hop-off Red Bus picks up you up just around the corner from this building.

Simon's place was all we needed, lovely and secure apartment within the vibey Rosebank area. Very convenient with lots to do within a short walk. Simon was a very responsive host as well, I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a hustle free stay.

Steve's was just like being at home. Steve himself was very responsive, friendly, proactive and even gave us hints on places to go to. I would definitely recommend such a host.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sally’s lovely Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Sally was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The highlight of this property, however, has to be the tranquil, serene garden. It’s a beautifully maintained oasis of calm and relaxation. The garden is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodation itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. If you’re looking for a serene retreat with a friendly and accommodating host, this is the place for you. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

This was our first time in Johannesburg and Anita helped it to be very special. She was a great hostess. Anytime we needed anything she had no problem assisting us. She gave us information about sightseeing in the area, restaurants, great farmer's markets and much more. My sister was visiting from Rome, Italy and Anita speaks Italian, so that was a special surprise for my sister. Anita also has a basketball hoop, which my 10 year old granddaughter loved, she also gave her games and drawing supplies. My granddaughter had a great time. We highly recommend Anita's beautiful cottage and great hospitality, and would surely book it again.

Our stay was more than we dreamed. Rasheed was incredibly helpful and the perfect host. Our party of 9 ladies had an amazing evening and slept so comfortably. The rooms were clean, neat and comfortable with all the amenities plus mini bar! Our guests loved the added decor to the gardens which was an added surprise and thought the place was charming with all the different sculptures and African trophies. This place is definitely a peaceful oasis with a gracious host willing to accommodate his guests as best as possible. Thank you for an amazing experience Rasheed!

Stewart met us upon our arrival and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. We were left to enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of the beautiful quaint cottage and the animals that lived on the premises. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed for our 2 day stay in Johannesburg, with the location also perfect as everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. We will definitely return!

We felt right at home during our stay - the space was warm, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed, including more than enough blankets to keep us cozy. What can I say?! An incredible spot to spend a few peaceful days in the city. it felt like a home away from home the second we walked through the door. Our hosts were fantastic and made us and our pups feel welcome the entire time we were there. The pool was a delight, and the view over Sandton was glorious. I can't recommend Alex & Gideon, or their cottage, highly enough.

Seamless experience from booking to check out. An amazing place, and equally great host. Unfortunately we couldn't stay longer. A beautiful place. Highly recommended.

Kim was really great and friendly. She communicated very well during my stay and was helpful. The cottage was clean and had a beautiful touch of furniture that was unique. The cottage is very spacious and has all the amenities you require to stay. Thank you so much Kim for a lovely stay.

The most comfortable bed we slept in during our South African stay! Quality appliances, comfortable furnishings. A great patio for outdoor eating and braaing, and a lovely garden for the kids to play in. The host was amazingly responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and we will certainly stay here again on future trips.

If you ever visit Joburg and would like to feel right at home, I'd highly recommend staying at Charl's place. His home is exactly as described in the photos listed and it is very safe, peaceful and comfortable. I felt right at home and cooked breakfast in his kitchen everyday during my stay before I started my day. He also has two adorable dogs who are so sweet and friendly are are happy to keep you company. All in all, a great place to stay on your visit to Joburg.

We felt at home, she was like our mother since we only came for our graduation from Namibia. she really made it easy for us. She guided us on where to find certain places and shops malls that are safe among others. She has a welcoming heart. We appreciated her and wish to return for shopping

Louise was communicative and helpful. The apartment is well maintained and within walking distance to the Dainfern Mall. Stunning kitchen! Only small incident for me was that the gate to the complex is within the shopping center bounds, so an additional ticket was required to enter - no cost but it took a while before I found the exact entrance from Ways directions. Very tight security which is a welcome in JHB and Louise even provided helpful information should Uber or take-aways be used. Thanks for a great stay.

What a joy and delight to stay at Amanda's property. So peaceful and tranquil, the only sounds you will hear are the birds chirping. It's the ideal place to relax but also conveniently close to the shopping centres. The surroundings are lush and green, it's like an oasis which adds to the feeling of calm. The cottage is so spacious with a large kitchen separate dining area, spacious lounge and bedroom, walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with lots of counter space (which we love) for toiletries. Amanda is a dream host - she kindly allowed us an early check in and a late check-out to match our inconvenient flight times. She also went out of her way to make us feel welcome on Christmas day with mince pies, drinks in the fridge and even Christmas crackers. She is always on hand to say hi, or answer any questions, always friendly and very helpful. We can't wait to visit again! Look no further if you need accommodation in Bryanston or Sandton - this will exceed your expectations!

Beautiful house! The kitchen had everything we needed (from the pots to salad dishes). And it had breathtaking views! I loved my stay there!
