Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Alberta Arts District

Such a great location that was surprisingly central to all the things we wanted to see. Robert was very attentive and friendly. He offered a wide spectrum of activities when I asked him for suggestions based on our interests. The space is clean, with clear instructions, and very comfortable. The bedding and pillows felt incredibly luxurious.

We loved this place. ! Highly recommend. Well appointed and functional.

Jim’s place was a perfect stay for a quick trip to Portland. Wonderful host in a safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, helping us resolve a couple small issues shortly after we arrived. The place was quiet and peaceful, with very little noise for a basement apartment. Our family of four with 9 and 11 year old kids was maxing out the bed space. The kids reported the sofa bed was a bit small. We loved the neighborhood and the hosts. Thanks again!

5 stars doesn’t even seem enough for this absolutely perfect Portland gem. From the comfiest beds to an actual spotless home, Bens place was the best stay we could’ve asked for. We will only stay here when we travel to Portland in the future!!!!

I had a great one night stay with my two boys. The apartment was much bigger than we expected-- more than met our needs. Parking was easy, groceries and restaurants are close by, etc. We hope to return for a longer stay next time!

This is the kind of place that Airbnb was originally created for but is hard to find these days – a true home stay with locals who treat you like part of the community. Hands down one of my favorite Airbnb stays of all time. The space is impeccably designed. Even as an ADA, it runs laps around other 1 bedroom apartments. Well-stocked kitchen, generous dining area, comfortable mattress, plenty of natural light, the list goes on. The coffee room took the cake, though; it looks even better in person. Tiffany and Bob went out of their way to be outstanding hosts; both my guest and I were extremely well cared for during our week in Portland!

It was simple access. It was a good time schedules. The place was so peaceful and awesome. I loved it. I had a parking space right in front every day. I will probably book there again when I’m in Portland.

Was a great place, lots of helpful notes around the house to get a visitor acquainted with the house. Great variety of snacks and coffee/tea. Bee Better soap/shampoo/conditioner was a nice touch! The only challenge was those stairs to the bedrooms! If you have any knee or balance issues, you might want to look elsewhere. 2 blocks to lots of shopping/dining options in the Alberta Shops area.

"Bri's" Hideway was just as advertised. Beautiful comfortable place with all the essentials described and more. Nice touch with the sparkling water and Pub beer as a welcome. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, modern space. And the location was so great - easy walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We look forward to renting here again on our next Portland trip.

This home is super unique and was a great stay

Kelly’s place is unique, clean, and full of charm. She has it stocked with everything you could possibly need except food. The location is close to the Alberta Street shops, and we felt very safe in the area. We had a great stay!

This was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. It was exactly as we expected from start to finish. Leslie was very responsive with the few questions we had at check-in. We walked to the grocery store, coffee, and several meals. We went to see my sister who lived close so it was very convenient for us and her. It was as though we were instantly in the neighborhood. It is nestled on a beautiful street and we just love it. It is our second time staying there.

Tyler was an amazing host. The space was even better than the photos online. Everyday we were excited to come back to an Airbnb that we wanted to just hang out in. The neighborhood was quite and easy to navigate by car or even morning run with plenty of street parking. Something that is a blessing in the often crowded streets of Portland. The upstairs loft was so inviting and comfortable. The space was clean and well organized. We loved our stay and would for sure book a stay with Tyler again!

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

Great location with walkable restaurants and a tap room. Very close to portland state university and a nice upscale supermarket. I would stay again.

I loved staying at Bina's place. it was clean, quiet, located right next to public transportation downtown, restaurants, and across the street from Whole Foods.

This was the perfect respite after a long week of moving cross country. The beds were comfy and the kitchen encouraged baking, which my spouse did. It is right on a busy street but not too noisy. We could just step right outside and find great restaurants, books stores, and even a plus sized thrift store. We loved staying in your beautifully decorated old home. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family when they visit us.
