Yves and Ilaria have a beautiful apartment and were very helpful to us. There were four adults and a five month old baby in our group and the space was great. We used the sofa bed which was very comfortable. The patio area is great. It's private and quiet. The location is fantastic - just across the road from lovely beaches and restaurants and an easy walk to old town, the markets and more restaurants and shops. Really good supermarket across the road. It's a very convenient place to stay. The pool is lovely to have too. Just a 10 minute walk from Menton Garavan train station. We'd highly recommend it. Thanks Ilaria.

Die Unterkunft war ideal für meinen zwei-wöchigen Aufenthalt in Menton, während dem ich teilweise gearbeitet habe. Die Wohnung war gemütlich. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, um mich selbst zu versorgen. Der Arbeitsplatz und das Internet waren gut geeignet für meine Remote-Arbeit. Die unmittelbare Umgebung war schön für Spaziergänge und mit der guten Zuganbindung waren Ausflüge an der Cote d'Azur kein Problem. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass Herve sehr entgegenkommend war, als ich wegen Bahnproblemen erst einen Tag später anreisen konnte.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung von Michelle und es hat uns wiederum sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage in Finalborgo ist super und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Michelle ist sehr unkompliziert, grosszügig und sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a lovely apartment well positioned facing the sea in Loano. It’s big enough that staying for a week or more is not claustrophobic, and the living room is great for a family to sit and chat. The balcony is small, but it has enough space to catch the sun and sit and watch the world pass by. We were there when there was Loano fireworks , and the view was perfect. The bedrooms are at the back of the house away from the street, so street noise wasn’t a problem. We were unlucky that the elevator was broken during our stay, Giuseppina offered to find us alternative arrangements, but as it’s a single flight of stairs we managed and appreciated her willingness to help.

wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Amo. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Meer und man hat einen Traumblick auf den Strand und das Meer. Amo war immer gut zu erreichen und hat seine Hilfe angeboten. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Auch parken konnte man kostenlos an der Straße wo immer ein Platz frei war.

Wir waren Anfang April für 10 Tage mit unserem 9-jährigen Sohn und kleinem Hund im schönen Haus von Elena. Elena ist eine super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sehr schnell auf all unsere Fragen reagiert hat. Wir durften ohne Aufpreis früher einchecken und später auschecken. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Eingang und Parkplatz. Wir haben oft im Haus gekocht und es hat alles was es braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, nahe am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und doch sehr ruhig. Anfang April hatte es nur wenige Leute am Strand und so konnte auch unser Hund immer mitkommen. Der Sandstrand ist sehr schön und wir haben tolle Ferien verbracht. Vielen Dank liebe Elena, wir werden gerne wiederkommen. :-)

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Aurelia e David e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Vincent ci ha accolti calorosamente, parlandoci in un italiano perfetto e fornendoci preziosi consigli su parcheggi, ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici. La casa, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Gli spazi erano perfetti per noi e il nostro Labrador, che ha usufruito dello spazio esterno ben curato. La posizione al piano terra era pratica e l’abitazione ben equipaggiata, con letti e divano letto comodi e funzionali. Nonostante fosse vicino a una strada principale, la casa era tranquilla e silenziosa anche di notte. Vincent, con la sua disponibilità e gentilezza, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa e non vediamo l’ora di tornare alla prossima occasione. Grazie a Vincent e agli ospiti per tutto!

What a fabulous accommodation . The apartment and the building is lovely and nicely cared for. The view is really spectacular and the location is great. We enjoyed being between Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is so walkable and there are all the necessities, groceries, banks and great restaurants nearby. Marco was there to greet us and navigate the garage! He continued to be super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Mein Mann, unser 12 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten tolle 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Sie entspricht komplett der Beschreibung von Giulia. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und war sehr großzügig zum Einparken. Die Lage der Unterkunft (sehr ruhig und doch zentral) war hervorragend für die vielen Ausflüge entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen, der sehr schöne Zitronenbäume, eine Tischtennisplatte und Stühle sowie einen Tisch zum Verweilen enthält. Die Umgebung hält viele Caffes und Restaurants bereit. Unser Sohn muss sich glutenfrei ernähren und wir fanden direkt eine Straße weiter eine hervorragende Pizzeria (My Dream), die eine exzellente glutenfreie Pizza herstellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Once again, a gem of a find with a fantastic, responsive host. When travelling, it's the details that matter most and Nina has EVERY detail covered. Let's start with an absolutely immaculate, sparkling home with ample space for two. On arrival there was a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates on the pillows and a welcome card, The spacious bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. The kitchen is a dream and equally stocked. The home itself is extremely spacious and faces the sea with soft cool breezes and the sounds of birds constantly filling the apartment—a million dollar view. Monaco is short 10-12 minute walk and it's steps to restaurants and a small grocery store—there is also an enormous Carrefour along the walk to Monaco. A beautiful beach is also a simple 5 minute walk down the hill. This home is the perfect distance from the busy of Monaco and it's made even better by Nina's incredible care. Merci beaucoup Nina. We'll be back.
