Beautiful place with great views. Fabulous amenities. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Convenient to everything. The extras made for an enjoyable stay. Taught my daughter to play chess. Kitchen is set up with everything you need. You don't even need to leave the house. Owner was very responsive and was helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

Our family had the time of our lives! The swimming pool was the highlight of the trip. The kids didn’t want to leave. Each room was so cozy and decorated so nice! We were so comfortable and had everything we needed with a short trip down to Three Bears. The house is amazing and so private. We even saw northern lights. We hope to visit again!

We had a great time at Jana’s home. The location is awesome and so many amenities on site to include a great hot tub, backyard fire pit, board games inside, etc. Her place definitely felt like a home away from home from the start. We hope to be back to Fairbanks in the future and would definitely stay here again!

Went here for my son’s 14th bday with the family! It was a perfect place for a family get together! The pool was warm, lots of toys and private. My kids absolutely had a blast and we will 100% be making this a regular place to hold our events. The hosts were friendly, responsive and they were extremely kid friendly. Amazing place and amazing time

We had a wonderful stay at Huffman Manor! There was so much space to spread out. Host provided little extra touches like chargers on the bedside tables and a full supply of spices and condiments to cook with. The house served as a peaceful retreat for our vacation. And we were lucky enough to get a little glance of the Northern Lights right from the property. If we find ourselves in Fairbanks again, we would certainly try to stay at Huffman Manor!

Simon's place was exactly what we needed after our Kenai Fjord tour. It fit our party of 4 perfectly. We were all tired and hungry. We had everything needed to prepare our meal and it was very comfortable both the beds and the living room. Thanks for a great overnight experience.

Great place, cozy and comfortable. The central location was a plus as we went on many day trips. Friendly and responsive host. The jacuzzi in the winter was a huge bonus. Loved our stay!

Very nice, clear instructions. We were in Anchorage for a Hockey Tournament and enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the hot tub and the instruction for use was easy and clear. The beds and rooms were nice and comfortable. I didn’t look at pictures of place, just what my wife picked out. Driveway was steep but it was maintained and not a problem getting in and out. Overall, we would stay here again.

Dennis’ place was the perfect getaway from home for my husband and I’s staycation. It was such a wonderful location, felt comfortable and like home, and the glass atrium out to the river can’t be beat! Would definitely stay again!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Lewis Hus while I was in town for work. The house was very spacious and clean. We dealt mainly with Eric and he was a wonderful host. We took the ferry to Petersburg, so we arrived very late at night. Thankfully the check in instructions were very clear. He was very responsive if we had any questions. Overall a great experience!

This is a cute lil place with great touches for folks with pets. Clean and practical as well.

Such a lovely house! Everything was super clean, check-in was easy and it's well located in Valdez! Kitchen was extremely well stocked as well for cooking -- there even was a KitchenAid! The washer and dryer were also a great utility as well. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Josie was responsive before and during our trip when we had multiple needs for changes for our starting and ending dates. She responded to several needs that we had at the house during our stay very rapidly. She also made several recommendations for some local activities that we may not have known about.

This is a great deal and a nice place to relax. Very peaceful. We showed up a few minutes early and Eric accommodated us and let us in 30min early. Very kind thing to do! I will come back if it’s available.

The house is neat clean, big enough for a small group of people. It has all the essentials for cooking, showering and enjoy the house in the hot tub or fire pit if you don’t have an outdoor activity to do in the day. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm and hosts are very responsive. Definitely an excellent place to stay and enjoy your trip in Alaska.

Small, cozy house near Fairbanks airport and it's a convenient location. Tera was good communicator and proactive as well. It was a fun stay and would recommend my friends if they plan on visiting Fairbanks

We enjoyed our stay once again and will be back in May! Great house, thoughtful to leave coffee and a few snacks. Honestly we highly recommend Sue’s place!!!
