Monthly Rentals in Dubai

We booked this place just to nap and shower before our delayed flight which worked out perfectly but overall it was a little dusty (allergy to dust kicked in) and the towels were stained, shower floods right away and the ac wasn’t strong. If you’re looking for a very short stay it’s perfect but anything longer you’d need to address those things with the host.

Harry has been an excellent host. He walked me through all the amenities and poi of the hostel, and enforced a strict but very fair rules that prevent any potential of dismay for the residents. I had some really engaging and interesting conversations with him and other roommates. This place has very decent proximity to everywhere of the city, and it attracts likeminded people. 5 stars!

I stayed at the Mood 45 for an extended business trip and it has felt almost like home. Nader is an incredible host, always available and helpful, such all the staff. The apartment has a fully functional and equipped kitchen which has been particularly useful for my extended stay. Moreover, it offers access to a 24 hours gym and a rooftop swimming pool. The location is quite good, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around. The nearest metro station is 20 minutes away which may be quite a long walk when the temperatures are high in summer. I have been moving around with taxis and I have had no issues, Dubai mall is just 10 minutes by cab. If working in DIFC, the location offers a very good price quality ratio. I would definitely recommend!

It was awesome! It impressed me a lot all together: apartment, privacy, good vibes, peaceful and relaxing environment and very convenient location. You don’t need to get out because you are surrounded by pools, beach, supermarkets, pharmacy and other places. I definitely recommend this place and apartment as well. It was clean, very stylish, spacious. It met all of our expectations. Thanks George for hospitality!
