The quietest, most comfortable place we stayed in all of Egypt! Great beds and couches. No street noise or roosters crowing thru the night. Endless Hot Water and Wifi. Just a couple minutes walk to a grocery, pharmacy and ATM. Highly suggest this location for visiting GEM, Pyramids, and even the Mall of Egypt is nearby with fun things to do on a down day

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Great accommodation in Gizé with a unique view! Wake up and sleep able to admire the pyramids is something amazing, it's worth staying at this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here! They have done a fantastic job with the place. You really feel the local culture with all the horses and hustle and bustle of the street below. Amazing views of the Pyramids from the rooftop, just beautiful at sunset especially !! Will absolutely recommend this accommodation to everyone I know coming to Giza. The owners are extremely kind, knowing I was there myself they organised food for me to be delivered for my dinner on the first night after arriving - little things like this show what great hosts they are! Malika is great with communication and answered all my questions before arriving. Definitely use the driver they recommend as he knows exactly how to find the place. 10/10 stay here !!

Where do I start ? We loved this location and the hospitality. The team Makes you feel safe and welcome. Always felt safe and taken care of. I would suggest using the transport they provide. It beats the haggling at the airport or anywhere you need a taxi. Drivers were amazing. Looking forward to returning.

We loved our stay in the flat, and we're currently looking at dates when we will be back. Everything you need is within walking distance, restaurants, stores, pharmacy, bakery, anything you need is right there. Great place and fantastic view, there’s some construction in the way but we didn’t mind. The tub is huge and had hot water, although it did come out slow. Still it was a great room everything worked!

This Airbnb was probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed at because of the view - imagine seeing the great pyramids of Giza from your deck and apartment at every turn! The apartment itself was also really nice decorated and had a wonderful vibe.

Ranwa’s apartment in Zamalek was exactly what I was hoping for - a beautiful space that was quiet, comfortable, and in a great spot in Cairo. The place has a beautiful feel and has many thoughtful touches - like the book collection, instruments, and a fantastic balcony overlooking the city. I loved walking around the neighbourhood and the porters downstairs were always helpful… I would definitely come back to stay.
