Beautiful airy flat with pool & panoramic view

Great place to stay, and the penthouse unit is perfect for privacy and the views. It allows a panoramic view of the city below. The neighbors are mature, quiet, and respectful. I was able to come and go with us day or night. Ida and Hassan's hospitality was top-notch. after the first day there, it felt like family. If you're looking for a long-term comfortable place to stay. Then I think Ida and Hassan would be the hosts to call.

The appartment was very clean and comfortable. The nile view is beautiful. It was equipped with everything you need. The compound is quiet and clean. The swimmingpool is still under construction. There is a nice café and restaurant infront of the compound, but there are no other shops. There are a few shops under construction. It was difficult to get food to prepare yourself. The compound is infront of a highway and there is no place to cross the road, you have to run across the highway egyptian style to get tp the only café across the road or to ride to Luxor.

The Kings flat

Farag (and his father, Hamada) ran a wonderful AirBnB. It was well worth the money just for the views out the two balconies in the flat. I really appreciated that the hosts were responsive to any requests or inquiries that I had, particularly about small issues in the flat (all normal wear-and-tear issues). They were very responsive and communicated well any time I reached out to them. The flat was well equipped and the location was nice for getting around the West Bank in Luxor (easy to grab local public transit or for a taxi service to come and pick you up). I wish Farag and Hamada would advertise to their guests that they offer a breakfast service before they check in. It's a great amenity. At the time of writing it was 150LE per person per meal if you wanted a delicious, home cooked Egyptian breakfast every morning! The building also has a nice rooftop hangout area for all guests in the building to use. I can highly recommend staying here!

A well-lit gym area features modern exercise equipment, including stationary bikes and elliptical machines. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, while a colorful mural adds a vibrant touch. The open layout includes an upper level with a railing overlooking the lower workout space.
