Monthly Rentals in Aksukent

I definitely recommend their place to anyone. Everything was great, from Madina’s politeness to their great apartment. Place is new, has all the needed amenities and hygiene stuff like shampoo, tooth paste and towels. They also have all the essential dish-ware, hair dryer and sheets were clean. Place is hot, in freezing winter, I even had to leave one of the windows open. I would say it’s a great place for 1-3 people. Location is ok, you probably have to use taxi or rental car, it’s not that far from “downtown”. I did not get a chance to check if they have coffee shops downstairs at the complex, they might. There’s only one feedback, it would be better if she sent me all the instructions and apartment info (address, block number, floor and flat number) right away after you reserve, cause I had to bug her a lot for each piece of information. It seems like it’s their first time being on AirBnb, so it’s understandable. They need a bit more hospitality experience. But it’s great overall!

I had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was also very helpful with instructions and many recommendations for the area. I would surely recommend to anyone visiting!

very comfortable flat. I didn't walk around too much, so can't speak to the location really, but the apartment was in good shape, and the host was very polite and friendly. would stay here again
