Vacation rentals with a patio in Akrotiri

The pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice, you have to experience them firsthand to appreciate the beautiful view. The apartment was comfortable, great AC, large bedrooms and two connected balconies made our stay very pleasant. The host was super responsive and helped us out with anything we needed, including transfers to/from the apartment. Location is great, there are a couple of restaurants and bars right next to the apartment, along with a coffee shop across the street with great lattes. Would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy the stunning morning views of the caldera over coffee or the amazing night time view of the cruise ships in the harbor.

We loved staying here! Only 10 min drive from main town Fira and we loved the private pool!

We really enjoyed our stay at Case Bu! The hosts are friendly, quickly responsive, and very accommodating. The location is perfect- a quick, easy walk to many, many wonderful restaurants, all with excellent food and drink/coffee, and the bus station is only a 10 minute walk. The buses are very nice and comfortable- we took day trips to Oia, Perissa black beach and Akrotiri red beach. The room was lovely- small but cozy, clean and comfortable with everything you might need, and we loved having a private enclosed sitting area with a small pool/tub. The surrounding area is safe, quiet and so beautiful!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!!

This may well be the best AirBnB we have ever rented. It is a wonderful apartment, with a wonderful super-host. The space is clean, modern, and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the dual A/C units cool the rooms well. The location, on the caldera, just south of Fira is very accessible and easy to get to. The star feature is THE VIEW! The view of the caldera is unbelievable. As we stood on our balcony to toast the sunset, dozens of people would stop on the road to watch the view. Antonis is an excellent communicator and he is very helpful and cares about his guests.

We had a lovely stay at the place. We personally found the ideal location: in a quieter village, but with several restaurants, supermarket, bakery, etc. The accommodation is located close to the bus stop (very convenient) and about fifteen minutes from Fira on foot. In short, everything is nearby without being too crowded with tourists. The staff were super nice, and the pool was very nice.

I’d say we’ve officially joined the Maria fan club. By far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had many!! Maria made our visit to Santorini exceptional and we will never forget her. She made us homemade banana bread that literally saved the day after we arrived super jet lagged. But then, she even shared some of her homemade spanakopita, which was THE BEST we had while in Santorini! Even brought us seconds. 😍 She arranged a taxi for us from the airport and again to the ferry as we were leaving. So helpful, and totally worth the price for ease of mind. She even made suggestions for her favorite catamaran tour (and booked it for us) and it turned out to be one of our best experiences while visiting! Maria is just so lovely. She checked up on us here and there and we felt really taken care of. Even stored our luggage after checkout while we explored for a few more hours. We were as sad to say goodbye to her as we were the island. Can’t recommend her enough! All else was 👌

What a find - the property was lovely, from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. The view of the ocean was fabulous, the villa was spotless and perfect for our needs. The pool is perfect to dip into to cool down on sunny days and the patio just serene to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beatrice gave us great recommendations - and everywhere we went everyone was friendly and the welcome was warm. Beatrice herself was the perfect host - she was communicative and very helpful, throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - we had a fantastic time here 😊

Guests are friendly and very kind, the apartment was nice, cozy and clean, the place outside is quiet and it is perfect for sleep. It’s a very good place with beautiful hills all behind and the beach is easily reachable in 10 min by walk or 3 min by car.

I cannot say enough good things about Zak and his team. The guys carried out luggage to our place from the shuttle and made sure we knew everything about the rental, with a full tour, before leaving. The place we rented was exactly what was in the description. The location was amazing! Zak was amazing!! From the shuttle bookings, restaurant recommendations, booking our catamaran sunset cruise( which was incredible with Santorini yacht Club), personally coming to meet us for a coffee and the “treats” left in the room, our experience couldn’t have been better. We would highly recommend this place!!

Wow, wow, wow, what a place! If you are looking for a tranquil getaway, then look no further. A gorgeous villa, with exceptional outdoor area with private pool and spectacular sea view. The photos and villa description are accurate and you will not be disappointed. Excellent communication leading up to and during the stay. The owner, Babis, was very friendly and extremely responsive and we even had the privilege of viewing his new properties soon to be completed. Room service was provided twice during our 7 day stay, which is exceptional. We even received home made treats , which were delicious! The host was amazing, providing information on restaurants, excursions, car hire and taxis, and was more than happy to make reservations on our behalf. As others have commented, the villa is in a peaceful location (which is why we chose it), so to venture beyond the village you will need transport. We opted for the VK Tours, as recommended and Panos, the driver was incredible.

Nick and Nancy were an absolute pleasure to deal with and provided a fantastic stay which all started with the pick up from the port. They were super helpful with all aspects of the stay but also went above and beyond when we had a sick child and arranged a Drs visit and an added nights accommodation. Location was fantastic even with 2 young kids (3 and 1). Would absolutely stay in there property again.

If we have a property to recommend near the port of Katapola, it's Dimitra's! Welcoming, smiling, always a little attention for her guests, it's a real pleasure to have stayed at her place! The studio is clean and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable. Our super host didn't hesitate to give us clean sheets following a technical problem with the girls... even though we had washed them... Really attentive host! We highly recommend it! In addition, his son gave us several tips to discover the island and they picked us up at the port and dropped us off! A family that knows how to host! Thank you so much!

We stayed here for 5 days and we had an amazing time. The airbnb is at a perfect location (2 minutes away from the beach) and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would definitely come again!
