Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

We had a great stay with our kids. The beds were comfy and warm. The spa was a treat. The place was super clean and really well set. The rooms were really spacious, especially the living room.

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, spacious home with peaceful surroundings. Clean and spotless. Highly recommended for family groups. We enjoyed using the pool which was well maintained. Wifi not great but we managed. Thank you allowing us to stay.

Lovely place to stay, we had a group of our work ladies from all over NZ meet and stay. Fantastic for larger groups bedrooms were just lovely.

Sharon is a very good host.We stayed in well for a few days. She answered every question patiently,also recommend many restaurants! The house is new and comfortable. Everything is great!

Nice warm and clean home with good fenced in yard for dogs but unfortunately this had a bit of flooding. Also there is an issue trying to get in and out of property due to road works but this not the homeowners fault. Would stay there again.

The accommodation was very comfortable and bigger than we expected. Location very handy and Rose was lovely to deal with. Would recommend!

Incredible four nights in New Brighton. We have been coming for 8 years to a local surf competition and this time was the first staying here. Lovely new apartment, central, cozy and also private. Loved every part of it and Bee was a star with the communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be back ~

I stayed close by this townhouse 4 years ago and it was not as good and more expensive. This place is modern and spacious. Large garage - 3 TVs, well furnished and great central location. Hagley Park is 5 minutes walk away as are pubs and supermarket, lots of coffee shops and eatery’s. Would stay again for sure.

Gary’s place is fantastic - comfortable, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped. It felt more like a home than a rental, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is peaceful and close to beautiful walks, and there’s plenty of space to park and unwind. Gary himself is a wonderful host - welcoming, generous, and full of interesting stories. My daughter absolutely adored his two beautiful dogs, which added an extra touch of joy to our visit. The continental breakfast was a thoughtful bonus, and it’s clear Gary genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!
