Very nice well-equipped house in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is perfectly located 5 min from the beach and close to all shops. The welcome was at the top 👍 We would definitely recommend it.

It went very well. We really enjoyed our weekend! The place is beautiful and the communication with the owner is perfect. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Spent the last few days of the summer here, beautiful house and beautiful surroundings! Would definitely recommend going to the island of Noirmoutier for some great restaurants. The house itself is super spacious and comfortable even on rainy days. The host is also very responsive (even if you cant speak French.. Tip use sms and google translate!!) so overall a great place!!! Would recommend

The house is organized around an 80m2 living room excluding kitchen,entrance and dining room. The bedrooms are well insulated upstairs. It is a real house actually inhabited so that no utensils or life details are missing. Everything is clean, tidy and decorated. Cabinets are available. We are in town but the street is very little busy: a parking space is dedicated to it. Closed by high stone walls, three gardens follow one another in a row for almost 100m with several resting or dining places. In short, beautiful remains made available by people of great kindness.

The "plus" is undoubtedly the quality of the accommodation and its small garden-terrase without any vis-à-vis other than the forest. And the pool for the kids. On the other hand, the house is located in a rather successful residential complex but where you feel dependent on keypads (you can't go out on the street without a beep). And then, Saint-Jean-de-Monts disappointed us (but there, Melanie had nothing to do with it): impossible to park to go to the beach (at least early August), no local shops. But we still had a great time at Melanie's house!

Have a great weekend in the villa. Very nice setting. We recommend to anyone who wants to spend time with family or friends to come to Olivier's!

Apartment a little old in style but perfectly functional, equipped and meets expectations. I recommend. In case of night check-in, it is not necessarily easy to spot the parking lot and the entrance to the building

Great apartment, 2 adults & 2 teenagers, no problem, very nice complex, always clean. Always room around the pools. Highly recommend, we have been to the Vendee 12 Times in the past 15 years, and this was definitely one of the best.

house in a new subdivision located in a locality. Quiet +++. Walking tour in the surrounding marshes, car to arrive very quickly at daily or leisure amenities (beaches, markets, marshes, etc.). Being 2 couples with small children, the layout allowed to have our 2 places of nights + shower + toilet separated (practical to be independent). House where all the amenities are well thought out, clean, accordingly and even for the children, very appreciated! thank you 😉 Pool and garden pool and garden pool at the top and secure thank you for the stay at your property 👍 just a downside odor for the shower master suite, we warned. We used the spacious master bathroom with a nice organization 😁 because 4 adults and 3 children.
