Very responsive, friendly and available host. Accommodation close to shops, the lake and parking available for those who are by car. I recommend it, we had a nice stay with the family

Staying in this apartment was a pleasure. The location was great, the apartment was comfortable and clean. Carine, co-host, was always available to answer our questions and provide us with recommendations.

On a business trip, I stayed a little over 5 months in the accommodation. Very quiet and pleasant apartment. Ludovic is a quality note available. He responds quickly to questions. No complaints.

Christophe and Yanis were more than friendly and responsive given the booking time. The accommodation is friendly, the living room is decorated with care and the amenities are functional. Plus, the apartment is conveniently located (bus station just downstairs). The big plus is the toys available: thank you for allowing our children to have fun, I quote "it was the best house of all the holidays"😅 Thanks again!

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I would recommend it!

A very nice stay surrounded by nature, with a beautiful view of the lake from the terrace, very nice for lunch outside! The cottage is very clean, a real authentic family home and where there is everything you need to cook. The wifi is a little weak, but largely compensated for by the surrounding nature: the garden is great for kids to spend! 15 min to access the center of Aix, which we are happy to leave "downstairs" to find the absolute calm of this cottage. We were very well received and will be happy to go back!

Unforgettable living room! The cottage is at the end of a road, with a splendid view of the mountains, very comfortable and pleasant with its wood stove, nicely decorated, you feel instantly good there and after a few days the soothing that this place brings is very powerful! Beautiful walks from the chalet (including snowshoes, even if you had to climb 400 m to put them on following a big thaw). The proximity to Saint-Jean de Maurienne 15 minutes away is super convenient, and is well worth the murmur of the valley. This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

We'll be happy to come back to Pascal's place. It was clean, functional and as described. The only downside, which wasn't for my husband, is the road to get to the accommodation. These are mountain roads and being sick in the car, I'm not a fan. But the view makes you forget everything. I highly recommend this listing! In addition, Pascal is a friendly and responsive host.

Our weekend at Frederic's was superb, the house is in a very good location close to Lake Aiguebelette and the garden is really nice. We did a team building for our service with olympiads and the outside was perfect for that, the games available are perfect for everyone to find their happiness. Clean, quiet house, with all the necessary amenities. Our weekend was a success, a big thank you to Frédéric for being very responsive and answering all my questions and thank you for the kindness and flexibility! I highly recommend :)

Nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings! Lovely complete house, nice French atmosphere, old, but equipped with all the comforts. The wood stoves were ready we arrived, and we were given a tour of the house. Super nice people. The local wine is highly recommended!

Small but effective place for my partner and I for a few days. Perfectly located between the train station and lake, with many food options within walking distance. The only cooling option is opening windows which did mean hearing people out on the street late at night, but we were very happy with the Patriciae and Vichy’s kindness and communication and the stay overall

Very quiet apartment with high speed internet. Flexible check in and check out. As described in advertising, very nice place with loads of plants. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. 20 min walk from city center. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Nadine's apartment. It is well equipped and very well located. Convenient with young children. Free parking is just below as well as the convenience store. Access to the slopes is easy. It is very well oriented with a large balcony and beautiful view. Finally Nadine is an accommodating and considerate person. We will come back without hesitation!
