Vacation rentals with lake access in Ain

Great stay with friends in Pascale's house. Everything was perfect, impeccably clean, the house perfectly matches the description and photos. It is very comfortable and there are plenty of beautiful things to see and do in this beautiful region. Pascale was very responsive and met our expectations. Recommended.

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

We really enjoyed staying at Frédérique and Jacques's cottage. Extremely well-equipped, with very nice small details, very clean. Very nice environment around. We also really enjoyed the small welcome basket with some local products. And the hosts, very kind and helpful!! We will come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We stayed at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The equipment is very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large umbrella. Everything is just right and we will be happy to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and views are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice host. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

We had a fantastic time at Kenji's place. Upon arrival, we were handed the key by his father. A very friendly man and gave great tips about the area. Upon departure, we forgot my son's stuffed animal. Was called right away and the stuffed animal was brought to the car. Really great! Recommend this accommodation to everyone and if we were to visit Annecy again I will come by again, thank you 😊

We had a great time at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity to restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very pleasant host, eager to make your stay successful. We will be back!

We had a very happy stay at Paulin’s apartment. It was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located to the old town, lake and train station. We also appreciated Paulin’s restaurant recommendations, because we had very enjoyable meals at 2 of the restaurants she recommended (Little Italy and Cozna - Cozna was particularly great). Thank you for having us!

We had a great stay with our two children. The apartment was large, well arranged, ideally located in the city center. It had everything you need for cooking. And the board games provided were very much appreciated by the children. We'll be back with pleasure!

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

Very welcoming home, very well maintained, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. Interior and exterior were great. We spent a weekend with the children and grandchildren (9) to celebrate my retirement. Young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and location by the water. Thank you.

Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.
