I can’t say enough about this place and especially ALLIE , we have rented this house twice already when family comes to town . It is so spacious and beautiful . VERY safe peaceful area . Allie is the most caring , gracious, host I’ve ever dealt with . Whatever my family needed she worked it out for us . Was able to move around check-in and check out times for my families time schedules . Allie’s response time is so on point I joked with my family that I bet she would respond back before I hit send . I could just go on and on about this beautiful house and this wonderful host . We won’t ever rent anywhere else for our family get togethers , we will be scheduling our visits around this houses availability . It already feels like home away from home ! Thankyou ALLIE for making my family get togethers amazing ! PS : My 84 year old mother made me read this back to her and said I had to “ tell the people about the wonderful smell “ It has the most amazing smell each time we come .

I am giving Kim a 5 star review. We book this home for a Crew coming to work hurricane relief. We were sad when we learned the home was currently without power, as we would have to make an hour drive to the closest hotel. Kim was wonderful in refunding our stay. I will be reaching out again when in the area because of the wonderful communication and response time Kim provided.

I cannot say enough about our stay in the Yellow Door. If you're looking for a place to relax and take your mind off of the worries of the world; this hidden gem is it. From the moment we arrived we could sense a lot of thought and passion was put into the creation of the Yellow Door and its surroundings as well as the contents of the Yellow Door from its comfortable bed, pillows, towels, decorations and amenities. It was beautiful, tranquil, and accommodating to our every need. We appreciated the excellent location, the peaceful and quiet surroundings. It is truly a home away from home. Marilyn Sandra is an outstanding host. She was always just a quick phone call away for any questions we may have had. We have made this our place to stay whenever we are in town. No more driving twenty - thirty miles away to stay in a hotel when we are right around the corner from family.

Beautiful Cabin, Excellent Place to stay For the ones who likes to get out from the city a couple of days, peaceful environment.

Beautiful cabin in very peaceful surroundings. A little difficult to find in the dark as the cabin is set at the back of the property but nothing that impacted our stay and the distance from the main road meant there was zero road noise. Grounds are well kept, enjoyed morning coffees out by the pond and lighting fires in the outdoor fireplace. Cabin was clean and well furnished. We were a family of 3 with a 5 year old boy, the main bed was so large he insisted on bunking with us and we had plenty of room but the sofa bed was available with linen provided. Plenty of towels and other items. Erwin was extremely responsive to any message sent, responding within minutes to any question we had. Location was perfect for a local hunting trip with friends who live in town. Close to local restaurants and grocery stores. Will stay again next time we are visiting friends in town!
