WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

A wonderful vacation in the Friulian Dolomites! The hospitality of Umberto and his family allowed us to enjoy a few days of walking, climbing to the top, experimenting with skiing and snowboarding, and tasty food. The house is charming, warm, comfortable, equipped with everything you need and clean. Perfect for us (two families for a total of 4 adults and 4 children). The village and ski lifts are a few minutes' walk away or reachable by ski bus. Try the nearby dairy! We plan to be back soon!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at Arno's place in St. Johann! Check-in and communication were completely straightforward. The apartment was clean and exactly as written. Arno gave us good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back!

This was a perfect space for our family of 8. Plenty of room and walkable to downtown Oberammergau. We would definitely rent again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Bambi!! Tanya is a very nice host and the apartment is really nice, insanely cozy and very quiet. We felt immediately comfortable and will recommend it with complete conviction! This apartment would always be our first choice in Ellmau. It couldn't be better! A heartfelt thank you to Tanya!!!

Clear instructions about the location of the apartment. It is quite tricky to drive as google maps direct you through the pedestrians only road but directions and photo of the place were very helpful and so easy to find. Apartment was exactly as described. Spacious enough for group of 3. Kitchen had everything one may need to cook ( perhaps electric kettle could be useful but we managed without it). Lots of storage space. Very warm. Location of the apartment is great. Close to gondola lift as well as ski rental/ski school and shops. Stefano was very responsive and helpful.

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

We had a lovely ski weekend at Johanna’s place. The house is perfect for skiing and close to town. Johanna was very friendly and helpful. She let our kids use her sled and even lent them some snow boots for this occasion. We would definitely go again and even in summer when the area is perfect for hiking.

we had a nice week in the apartment. A stone's throw from the ski lift and skiing to the front door (with plenty of snow). The sofa bed is not optimal, the double bed sleeps very well. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view, cozy cottage!

Good location with picturesque views. Gardena Pass(one of the famous curvy roads in Dolomites region) is just 14km. Great place for not only sport people but also for family with kid. Nearby good Italian restaurants. All in all everything was good.

The place was amazing. Two sofa beds, and 2 single beds in the gallery above the living room. The building is very close to the slopes and the kitchen is well equipped. Thank you!

a wonderful place to stay, we loved Sophia's cabin and the campsite. The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! Emanuela is an attentive and caring host, she welcomed us giving us many valuable tips. The Ada chalet is an authentic gem a stone's throw from many paths in the middle of the woods for which you don't need to take the car. The house is equipped with all the amenities and the outdoor space is a plus for nice weather to spend outdoors. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place, beautiful and comfortable farmhouse surrounded by nature and peace. Beautiful walk, you can start from the farm itself. Great.

The location is great for skiing - super close to the gondola. Catia is sweet and we just agreed. The house is in line with the pictures - on 3 levels. Everything was clean when we came. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped. There were plenty of dishes, even condiments. The only minus is that the couch and beds are really old and run down.

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

A truly beautiful location. Close to the lift and restaurants of piste 85 (Alpe Cermis), yet very quiet and private. The view of the valley is breathtaking, the terrace full of sun. And you can ski directly there on your skis. The communication is very friendly and attentive. Allessandro is very helpful. The house itself is clean, but slightly old-fashioned in terms of bathroom and kitchen (see photo's). We think this Chalet has an excellent price/quality balance and can highly recommend the Chalet. Tips for your stay: - Online you can buy tickets with a 10% discount. - The slope is for a novice to intermediate skier. Try the 75,88,76,84,74,87 (long + descend 1400 meters (!)). - A day trip to Latemar is definitely worth it (but much busier) - The ski rental near the chalet is much friendlier and cheaper than the one downstairs (+10% discount). - Try Tiramisu at Baita Tonda and fresh pizza at Eurotel Hotel. We would for sure recommend the Chalet!

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit! Amazing experience! Immersed in the greenery and having the mountains around,a spectacular passageway. The wooden barrels are located in a campsite, very quiet. So the conditions are those of a real campsite.. bathroom and shower shared with all the people of the campsite. Anyway, for those who love nature but want to have the same comforts of home and the perfect structure! Very comfortable bed,and the spaces inside are more than enough. Warm atmosphere..and the jacuzzi outside a really gem.. hot water and relaxation guaranteed! For couples, it's really special as an experience.
