Monthly Rentals in Aguaí

Price is not low but it is fair, because everything is beautiful and well organized. The region is beautiful, the chalet is very well set up, the property is in the process of being improved, everyone is very attentive. A sign on the main road would help, although the hosts' instructions were adequate.

Fabrício and Magnolia were great hosts. Magnolia lives in the same space as the property and was always super helpful! The farm is delightful, it has everything and is super comfortable (beds). Not to mention the mega polite and affectionate dog on the property. We had a little trouble finding the farm with the address, but Fabrício and Magnolia helped me a lot to get there right (use the location that Fabrício will give you as it is more precise).

My stay at the apartment was great. The mattress is an Emma, very comfortable, very good bathroom, equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, ironing board, among others. The condominium, in turn, is very clean, quiet and pleasant. Camila has been asking for this from the beginning and I wanted to leave a special thanks to my dear friend, Dona Cleusa, Camila's mother, who received me with all her affection, very helpful and esteemed. Sure is a see you soon. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Clean and easily accessible location that allows you to do everything on foot in downtown SJBV. I'll be back for sure!
