The apartment is situated 250 m from the seaside in Agria, where you will find restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and a picturesque port with fishermen's boats. Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. An ideal, bright apartment that has sunshine all day round.

With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.
