“There were many highlights during our eight-day visit to Morocco, but our stay in Amouglui House topped them all. Brahim delivered on his promise to provide an enjoyable and enlightening experience with a Berber family in the High Atlas. The house, like the entire village, is situated in a valley lined by steep, picturesque mountains that are mesmerizing from the terrace BnB. The houses are built in the concrete block style that is common throughout the valley, but the terrace of Amouglui House has been beautifully finished by Brahim in a Berber style that feels very comfortable throughout the day. We found Brahim to be an ideal host, not only because he is very pleasant and attentive to every need, but also because he quite freely and fully and responded to all our questions about the history, culture and lifestyle of the Amouglui village and the surrounding region. His parents and siblings were also quite warm and helpful. Our only regret is that, due to activities strenuous activities in the days before our arrival, we lacked the energy to participate in some of the daily farming activities. We were sad to leave Amouglui and would love to return to Amouglui House for a longer stay.”
I invite you to a total immersion to discover our culture, our state of mind, our Tikirte village, our families ... For transport: A taxi or bus will drop you off at the Tabourahte station (Ouarzazate> Tabourahte = 20 MAD by taxi). I come to pick you up at Tabourahte. We will then walk 30 minutes to arrive in the village. My house is located at the entrance of the village. Me what I want above all is that there is a real sharing between my village and my guests
“We had an extraordinary stay with my 3 children, this Berber village is a must to visit if you are looking for simplicity and the discovery of another way of life. Each place in this village tells a story ... the traditional oven Where women meet to bake their breads and exchange, the history of the village kasbah, the discovery of ancestral methods for making carpets by women from the village, the almond blossom fields and not to mention the excellent cuisine of Lalla Fatima and Hanène. Abdel Kader was always there to help us and advise us throughout our stay in Ouarzazat. Another big thank you for your welcome and your generosity.”

“Thank you Fatima, Kamal and Mohammed for your exemplary hospitality. We could not have found better than your house to end our journey in the south. We will particularly remember the dishes so original and delicious of Fatima (and his sous-chefs), the hike tips of Mohammed and the sympathy of Kamal. You give all its meaning to Moroccan hospitality! Congratulations and very good luck / We felt in love with Kamal 'house and our hosts. They truly embody Moroccan hospitality at it's best place for them to discover Morocco out of the beaten path.”
