It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Only the ground floor (consisting of 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom) is rented at this price and the upper floor is not accessible butwill not be rentedout to other guests during your stay. In the traditional village of Makrinitsa, going uphill and walking 200m of paved road, you will find yourself in the fountain of Tsoni. Next to it is the fully renovated stone house that is ideal for spending moments of tranquility and relaxation while gazing at the panoramic view that is generously offered to you. A simple, austere space, as befits a village in Pelion.
