Our house is an extremely comfortable house in a protected area in the center of Ayvalik. A stylish, cozy space is created by putting together antiques and modern items. The use of the garden is exclusive for our guests. There is a teak dining and sofa set in the garden. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the house. You can cook with pleasure, or you can walk to the bazaar , restaurants and entertainment venues, explore the historical texture of the city and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.

Ποδηλασία, κολύμπι ,περίπατος ,ψάρεμα ,επαφή με τη φύση μερικές από τις δραστηριότητες που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται επί του παραλιακού δρόμου Μυτιλήνης Πλωμαρίου. Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .

Kumbükü and Gönsüz bays are 5 minutes away by car. Piney House promises a peaceful holiday under pine trees, with a starry view over tangerine and lemon trees. You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey, is 10 minutes away by car.

We are happy to welcome you and our dear friends to our tiny house where you will wake up to the chirping of the birds with a private garden area and a private garden area for yourself. Our house, located in Yeni Bağarası village, 8 km away from Yeni Foça and Eski Foça, is within walking distance of the Persian cemetery and Zeytinköy forest area. Our location is very suitable for hiking and plant gathering. We offer a peaceful environment where you will feel intertwined with nature with our gardens, pergolas and fruit trees. In addition, the ESHOT 750 bus passing by our door provides ease of transportation.
