Uwe and family are very open-hearted, friendly hosts, we felt right at home! Uwe reliably helped us with all problems and questions and was always available. The villa is amazing, well equipped and also easily accessible on foot/by train. The equipment is great, including many thoughtful smaller and larger amenities (e.g. hot water bottles and board games, umbrellas, etc., and also more kitchen equipment than expected from the photos due to separate fridge and more dishes in the dining table area). All rooms and the extras such as gym, garden, sauna including sunset view swing are clean and super nice. The location is ideal to explore river and forest, enjoy nature and tranquility. Nevertheless, the surrounding area also has culinary options to offer - e.g. the Kokolores with South Tyrolean specialties. What I want to say is: you won't regret the booking:)

We were warmly welcomed and felt really comfortable right away! The hot tub and sauna have contributed to absolute relaxation in a fantastic environment. Definitely book the hot tub and use the sauna. The grill Kota was also a real highlight during our stay. We used it with friends to sit there comfortably together and barbeque almost pure into my husband's birthday. I definitely recommend taking the alpaca hike when staying at the villa. What can I say, it was just beautiful and, whether old or young, was so much fun for everyone! It was a perfect extended weekend!

A good place to stay for a short stay in the area. You have everything you need and the apartment is larger than expected and very clean. :)

Pleasant hostess. Inviting. Easy to communicate. Large unit It is not "in town" one needs a car or bus to get there. Very very quiet and private. Intersting pottery objects throughout. I would rent from her again.

Super nice place. Kids loved their place to sleep. Very clean. Also nice outdoor seating. Nice playground for the kids. Walkable to the lake. We enjoyed it!!

We felt really comfortable in the apartment. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and were always easily accessible. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you really have everything you need;) The area invites you to various hiking tours and by bus and train you can also easily get to other nice villages. So we were able to relax very well in our short vacation. Thanks for everything !!!

We spent our family weekend at Olaf's and Christian's place over Easter. We had a great weekend. The kitchen was super equipped, there was plenty of space for the children to play and the surroundings were nice and quiet. We were very kindly welcomed and said goodbye. We were guests as a couple with a toddler and came with the modest expectation of spending a few days in a quiet environment. What awaited us: - a spacious and thoughtful as well as tastefully furnished accommodation that also meets higher standards of amenities and cleanliness. - a refreshing combination of rural idyll and elegant ambiance. - a sympathetic host family who designed all the conditions such as check-in/out, short visit of friends in the accommodation, parking situation, etc. with benevolent serenity. We felt very comfortable and can recommend both the accommodation and the host without reservation.
