Cozy cabin with a lovely sea view

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. Det er kun 5 min. ned til sjøen. Til Sauda er det kun 15 min. med bil. Here you will find most things, including swimming pools. Lots of opportunities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences all year round. Svandalen Ski Center is 15 min away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Barlindbu. Quietly listed cabin in scenic surroundings. The cabin is located 30 minutes from Kristiansand. Salmon river nearby, Topdalselva. Great hiking areas. The cabin is without running water inside but has solar power. Fridge and stove on gas. Wood and gas is included. The cabin is equipped with a fire pit and gas grill. Water bottles are available on site. Duvets and pillows are included in the rent, but not bed linen. If desired, bed linen can be rented for NOK 100 per guest.

Three bedrooms, a loft, and an open living space. Outdoors, kids can enjoy the trampoline and play areas, while adults relax in the lounge or enjoy meals in the dining area. It’s the ideal base for exploring nearby beaches, woods, boat trips (ask about rental), Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, etc.

Giljastølens beste utsiktsplass. Mange varierte fjellturer. Fiske og bade muligheter. Ski inn ski out om vinteren med Gilja Alpin 250 meter fra hytte. Etter dagens aktiviteter er det godt å synke ned i et varmt boblebad med god massasje og nyte solnedgangen eller stjerne himmelen. Det finnes også et badstu i hytten. Gode solforhold rundt hytte fra morning til kvelds om sommeren. Slapp av med venner og familie i dette fantastiske ferie hjemmet.

There is an oven with wood burning for heating in the cabin and rechargeable lights for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere🛖 Single small kitchen outside with double gas burner. There are full tableware, cutlery, glasses, pots and frying pan. Cozy fire pit area with blue pan and possibility to cook on a fire pit.🔥 Outhouse with bio toilet and single sink with foot pump. There is no electricity.

Koselig tretopphytte i trærne på Harkmark til leie året rundt. Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
