Note that this is a private apartment but you have use of the large kitchen (see the pics with the green floor) shared with one other unit. NO PARTIES because of noise complaints. The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

This is a spacious guesthouse/retreat where you can relax and unwind. There are great views and walking down the road is serene, with open fields bordered by woods and teaming with wildlife. In the winter you can Nordic ski or snowshoe right outside your door, through fields and woodland paths down by an active sugar-bush. We currently have chickens as well as my friendly dog Annie who loves to play. We also have a young kitty named LB who is a pip.

Welcome to The June Arthur Farm! This beautiful spot has a long agricultural history. It hasn't been in production for the past 40 years but we're slowly bringing it back to life. It's once again producing good, happy, Hudson Valley food: eggs, fruit, lamb, and beef. We hope you'll come visit us. Note for the skiers out there: We're 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak!
