Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

Jorge is undoubtedly a welcoming and considerate host. He gave us some great tips on things to do in Valence during our stay. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. The bathroom, on the other hand, is very small, which is very surprising. One downside, however, regarding the neighborhood. The apartment is located in a block of buildings between the highway, a vacant lot in the heart of an industrial area and the air corridor, which greatly surprised us. For your information, it will cost you between €10 and €15 by Uber for any trip in the center of Valencia. Public transport was not recommended by Jorge. Result over 3 days, the rating is rather uninspiring for travel. A shame. We recommend this place to stay for its spaciousness and the kindness of the host.

We were very comfortable, it is a quiet area and totally disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the town or city. It has all the comforts, it is as described in the listing. In addition, as soon as you wrote Inés the girl who takes care of the house, she answers you immediately and gives you all the facilities. It has been a pleasure to stay in La Papelita. The pool is small, but a luxury to have where to cool off. There are many walks near the house. Thank you very much

A beautiful house that is equipped with all comforts. The house is in a quiet residential area outside the city of Valencia, but with a rental car it is a great base to visit Valencia. The reception was good, the host is nice and responds very quickly to your messages. Recommended!

The house is great, we enjoyed the holidays, the pool is a wonder, all very well cared for, the house with a lot of decorated love. We also enjoyed the walk through the orange trees, very nice and that it was not the time of the oranges because they have to be so good.

This is a very nice house, with a large swimming pool, decorated with great taste, including outdoor areas. Very quiet and private. We stayed there for 5 days and went back and forth to Valencia daily to visit. We would go back there with pleasure.

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

We enjoyed our time in Casas Bajas a lot! The apartment really has EVERYTHING you might need! If you come during a cold season maybe bring some warm socks. Carmen was a great host :)

Esther is a 10 hostess. She was very friendly and helpful and all the information she had provided about the apartment was true to reality. The apartment was great, very spacious, tidy, cozy and functional. The only thing we didn't love is its location. We did not know the area and when we arrived it was unsafe, especially for walking with children. Everything else, 10.

the house is just like the very nice photos. Eduardo super majo recommended shops and things to see . The only thing is the access to the house that is on the same road and there is some noise x the cars but it was a great stay and I would surely repeat. Thank you very much Eduardo

Maria Dolores has been of great help. Their fiber internet router has saved me from a work commitment I had during my stay in Bronchales.

We stayed here for over a week and had a great stay! Marina was very helpful and generous to lend supplies and provide info when our bag did not arrive on time. She was able to answer any questions we had regarding rock climbing in the area with first hand experience. We very much appreciated all the help and info! She made our time there go more smoothly that it otherwise may have been.

Very good experience. We felt right at home. Expansive Housing in the Historic Center of Jerica. Located on a pedestrian street, it is ideal for walking or sitting in l fresco. Trades close by and restaurants. And the house is very cared for with everything you need to have a very nice stay. A 10!!

The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Letitia’s home! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and truly feels like a home away from home. The garden is lovely, and we spent so much time enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The huge swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the house had everything we could possibly need—fully equipped and ready for anything. Being surrounded by nature, with orange trees everywhere, made the experience even more magical. Thank you so much, Letitia, for this cozy and unforgettable time. We can’t wait to return!

The house was clean, it had everything you need to make your stay look like being in your house. Very comfortable and clean beds. Also, we were left with several details that make a difference with other accommodations. Thank you very much 🙂

We enjoyed two days of pure peace, intimacy and nature. It is very comfortable in the house. We don't miss anything. The heating works very well, we were not cold at all. The starry sky was a real luxury, like we had never seen it before. Kids and dogs enjoyed the countryside a lot. The very attentive owner explained everything, he had a detail with us and was very communicative. We will definitely repeat.

Els and Sander are very warm hosts! We stayed in their flat for nearly 4 weeks with our baby. They were super patient with our questions and answered super fast. Their two dogs are also very warm hosts, our son fell in love 🐕❤️ The house is super beautiful and a very peaceful location. For our needs it was a very good spot and we recommend to visit the 2 and Pedralba.
