Located in the heart of Historic Sugarbush Village this cozy 1 bed (sleeps 4) condo has all the conveniences of home. Full kitchen set up, lines, towels, and onsite laundry. Literally park your car and enjoy all of the amenities of the resort in walking distance. Lifts, Skiing, hiking, golf, disc golf, restaurants, bars, deli, it's all right there!! Both Warren and Waitsfield are short drives away featuring many popular restaurants, breweries, swimming, biking, golf, tennis you name it!!

Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

This newly renovated and thoughtfully decorated condo is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, canoeing, or rock jumping. This location is amazing! There is one restaurant IN THE BUILDING, the chair lifts and the Recreation Center with pools, tennis, & fitness gym are a short 500 yard walk away.
