Apartment in Heybeliada with the forest&the sea

Our house,which is in the forest near the sea, is within 30 minutes distance from Bostancı and 1 hour from Besiktas/Kabatas/Eminonu by ferry. In the house, the only sound that break the silence are the chirping of birds and the whistle of ferries. In our island, where blue meets green, you can walk in the forest breathing fresh air, enjoy the sea and sun, hang out in the town centre, which is only 15 minutes walking distance, and work remotely with decent wifi connection.In winter,it has heater.

100 m2 seating area with a garden, Ruhban School and Istanbul view in Heybeliada, 400 m2 indoor, shared bathroom room in the mansion located in about 1 acre of gardens. As I mentioned, there is a mansion with a large area, which has enough special space for everyone, as well as communal areas such as living rooms, kitchens, gardens. At the other point, it's a bit of a hassle to get to the carpici view. The house is on the slope of the hill overlooking the island's spirit school and Istanbul.

Belirrtiğim gibi oldukça büyük bir alana sahip köşkte, herkes icin yeterince ozel alan oldugu gibi salon, mutfak, bahce gibi ortak kullanilan alanlar da var. Diger bir nokta da carpici manzaraya ulasmak biraz zahmetli. Ev adanin ruhban okulu ve Istanbula bakan tepesinin yamacinda.

Private Room in a Detached House with Garden

4-storey detached mansion with garden and pool in a large garden on the north-facing hill of Heybeliada. The pool isn't open to me yet. On the ground floor there is a lounge with a large spectacular view, shared kitchen and shared balcony. This floor also opens to a garden with fruit trees. There is also a fixed BBQ in the garden. In the upper floor, there are bedrooms and a bathroom. The room you will be staying in is also on this floor.

A Unique Experience at Buyukada

Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Our family house in Büyükada (Prinkipo) was built in early 19th century by a Greek architect. Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.
