Vacation rentals with breakfast in Adalar

A great house, well located to main tourist areas of Istanbul, lots of great restaurants within walking distance too and local shops on your door step. Lovely private garden and spacious bedrooms. Stairs are not advised for small children or the elderly, but the ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and main living areas and out to the garden which worked well. Host is very responsive and organised airport transfers and gave details of shops etc. a lovely stay in a great city.

Amazing late night staff and super cozy home

Tuğkan Bey, gerçekten profesyonel bir ev sahibiydi, oldukça ilgili, her zaman ulaşılabilir ve yardımseverdi. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi çok şirindi biz çok sevdik ve çok memnun kaldık. Konaklamanız esnasında ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey gerçekten incelikle düşünülmüş, yolumuz tekrar İstanbul’a düşerse kesinlikle tekrardan tercih edeceğiz 🐣☺️

Melih'in nezaketi, yardım sever tavrı ve insancıl oluşu güzel bir başlangıç sağladı. Melih'in evi kesinlikle deneyimlenmesi gereken bir ev. Dekoru, yeşilliğe açılan arka pencereleri, evin genişliği ve ferahlığı ayrıca da kolay kullanımı hem büyük aile konaklamaları için hem de yalnız kalabileceğiniz bir ev. her odada farklı bir ruh ve dokunuş var adeta. Muhit oldukça güvenli ve Kadıköy'ün orta noktası yeldeğirmeni, bahariye, moda, rıhtım hepsi oldukça yakın. topku taşıma durakları yürüme mesafesinde. bir sonraki konaklama tercihim kesinlikle bu ev olacak. her şey için teşekkürler 💐

Amazing place it’s as described if not better I loved the stay here the staff are also amazing and love all the security features they have to make you feel safe.

The appartement was spacious, comfortable and in a great area. Ferhat was very attentive and ready to help when needed. A great stay!

Great location...the apartment is very clean and has everything you need...the wifi is excellent...there is a carrefour in the same building and also a cafe...the security is high...the host was very helpful in everything and quick to respond...I highly recommend this apartment and will come back again

Extremely convenient to the major attractions, could see the blue mosque from my window so was able to wander over several times at different times of day. Walkable to Grand Bazaar, Spice Market , Cistern , Palace, Hagia Sophia….you do pay the price for being in the most popular tourist spot but if it’s your first time to Istanbul I highly recommend.

We were so pleased to have chosen Marmara Guest House. It was exactly as advertised, so well located, and affordable. The top floor terrace and breakfast and on-site staff were very helpful. Would rewcommend it to anyone easily. Thanks.

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

Great place to stay with reasonable price

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, da die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren und die Unterkunft eine sehr zentrale und dennoch relativ ruhige Lage hat. Nur sind in der Küchenzeile leider keine Utensilien wie Besteck vorhanden.
