Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Her şey çok güzel ve ev sahibi oldukça anlayışlıydı. Esnek bir giriş çıkış rahatlığına sahip oluyorsunuz. Ev oldukça sessiz ve rahatsız edileceğiniz bir komşu yoğunluğu söz konusu değil. Görsellerde her şey doğru şekilde eksiksiz. Tek ufak eleştiri olarak en azımdan kahve makinalarının bulunmasının yanında kahveler de olsaydı 😅 Türk kahvesi seven biri olarak 10-15 dk cezve aradık. Bu da küçül bir eleştiri olsun

Perfect place to stay my favourite place I have stayed the view from the bed room was perfect. The location was perfect everything was at hand. Ozan was very helpful and responded to my question quickly. Honestly the perfect apartment to stay at will definitely book again.

Devo dire che sono stata molto soddisfatta del mio alloggio! La camera con cucina molto pulita e spaziosa, la cucina ben fornita per cucinare senza problemi! Bagno impeccabile, pulito e comodo. La cosa più importante è la comunicazione con Gencay e lo staff, la loro gentilezza supera ogni limite. Ti chiedono sempre se hai bisogno di qualcosa e rispondono sempre se hai richieste. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio anche ai miei parenti! Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, pulizia appartamento ogni due giorni. Non ho altro da dire! Perfetto Grazie mille famiglia di Gencay ❤️

Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. Thank you for your cleanliness and your hospitality. We are truly grateful to have met such a host. Best Regards

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

Bu güzel ada evinde konaklamam harika geçti. Bu kiralamayı harika bir ekip yönetiyor ve bir sorum oldugunda 7/24 hızlıca cevaplıyorlardı🙏🏻 manzara çok güzeldi. Her gün adada yürüyüş yaptım ve diğer adalara da ulaşım kolaydı. Huzur dolu bir 4 gün geçirdim. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi evde yemek pişirebildim. Ev zaten iskeleye çok yakın. Market manav hepsi evin yakınında. Daha önceki yorumlarda bahsedilen banyodaki koku olayı çözülmemişti ama kapıyı kapalı tutup sürekli havalandırdığımda evin içini etkilemedi. Banyodayken rahatsız ediyordu ama zamanla alışıyorsunuz 😂:) ev sahiplerinin sorunu çözmek için uğraştığını duydum ama eski evlerde olabilir böyle sorunlar. Adada kalmak isteyenlere evi tavsiye ederim. Burgazadanın sakinliği herkese iyi gelecektir 🙏🏻

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the metro station. The host was kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others

Отличное жилье, шикарная локация, теплые полы. Немного шумновато от лёгкого метро, но быстро привыкаешь. Обратите внимание, что двойная кровать по российским меркам больше полуторная.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei der Ruzi'S House. Es wird nächste mal auch unsere Unterkunft sein. Kurz gesagt ich kann dieses Unterkunft jeden empfehlen.
