We stayed 4 nights in the flat and went on day trips to Syracusa, Taormina and Etna. First, the flat is confortable, with every bedrooms having shower and toilets. The living room/kitchen is big enough to have breakfast but not enough confortable if you plan to stay the all day inside. Secondly, but up to me, it is well decorated with upcycled stuff. Finally, the flat is well located. Lots of restaurants and bar near by. And few minutes walking from main touristic area. Stazione centrale might be a little bit far away.

Melania è stata gentile e disponibile da subito. La casa è super carina e comoda. Immersa nel parco naturale, vicina alle gole dell'Alcantara. Tranquilla e rilassante ma comunque non distante al centro abitato. La famiglia di Melania, che abita al piano di sotto, si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Torneremo molto volentieri e lo consiglierò ad amici.

We had an excellent experience staying @ Castellano Home - Ursino. We just fell in love with the place! The apartment was spacious and clean and Antonino was easy to communicate with. He run a great service and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Majutuskoht on hästi askeetlik kuid kõik vajalik on olemas. Küll aga tuleb ise osta tee, kohvi, pesuvahendid ja muud igapäevatarbed, mis paljudes majutuskohtades on olemas. Seega pikemaks peatumiseks sobib hästi. Asukoht see-eest on suurepärane. Väga lähedal Piazza del Duomo, supermkarketid, rongijaam, bussijaam - kõik on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Omaette majake annab mõnusa privaatsuse ja hubase olemise.

Bellissima casa storica ristrutturata e rimodernata. Nulla di negativo da segnalare, molto grande, ottimi infissi, ottima cucina, 2 bagni e spazio esterno. Volendo potete uscire a piedi e visitare il centro di Acireale. I proprietari super disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Se l'alloggio non dovesse essere perfetto per le vostre esigenze, loro faranno di tutto per rimediare. 😁💪

Appartamento spazioso e ben sistemato. Ottima posizione , a pochi metri dal Duomo, consente di visitare a piedi il centro della città. Ristoranti, bar e negozi facilmente raggiungibili.

Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr schön gelegen. Wir haben uns sicher gefunden und die kleine Terrasse vor der Wohnung war mehr als angenehm. Der Gastgeber ist für ein Aufenthalt in Catania sehr zu empfehlen. Lieben Gruß Dani und Andre

Logement incroyable. Rien à redire, Marco est très acceuillant et aidant au moindre soucis. Plein d'activités possibles dans la maison (à l'extérieur +++).

Très bon séjour et belle expérience pour découvrir la Sicile. Climatisation dans les chambres, une obligation en Sicile au mois juillet. La chambre parentale est immense. TV dans les chambres avec wifi, indispensable si vous avez des enfants. Grande cuisine qui fait pièce à vivre et grand balcon qui fait le tour de l’appartement, permet d’avoir quasiment 360 degrés de vision, avec évidemment l’Etna, vu sur piscine du balcon et au loin la mer. Piscine, indispensable avec la chaleur, et surtout 24/24 avec lumière tamisée, que j’ai vraiment apprécié avec de l’eau salée, transat et parasol. Parking privé avec télécommande. Accueil au top, bons renseignements et surtout toujours disponible. Merci Antonio et Salvatore pour ce beau séjour 😍

Belle intérieur, propre et plusieurs produits mis à disposition. Hôte agréable, toujours disponible, arrangeante et serviable. C'est une belle maison avec piscine, jardin et terrasse bien agréable. Je recommande

We loved this place! If you want a private spot more on the countryside but still close to the beach, Taormina, Catania and visiting the Etna this is the best. We stayed for a week and want to come back if we visit Sicily again. Thanks for hosting Andrea!

Roberta’s place was amazing. We were a family of three with a baby and it was perfect to relax and let our baby crawl around. While it wasn’t the most convenient location since we didn’t have a car, Roberta was able to connect us with a transfer service that could get us a ride anywhere within thirty minutes! Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful stay!

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine à 6 personnes dans la partie a l étage de la maison. L appartement ne correspond pas tout à fait aux photos puisqu une chambre a été ajoutée dans le salon … mais la pièce de vie reste très spacieuse. Il n y avait pas de volets ( et pas de rideaux opaques dans le salon) ce qui est dommage quand on dort dans le salon et que le soleil se lève a 6h … et surtout pour couper du soleil quand il y fait très chaud . La cuisine n était pas suffisamment équipée plutôt rustique Heureusement que Sonia s est montrée réactive à nos demandes. La Clim était indispensable mais n est pas assez performante pour rafraîchir les chambres. Je dirais que l appartement vaut le coup pour la terrasse et la vue sur Taormina et la tranquillité s il y a du monde au rdc ( cet appartement doit être plus adapté pour un long séjour) .les extérieurs sont vraiment magiques et très appréciables en période de canicule ils sont d ailleurs très bien entretenus .

What a fantastic place! Michela’s house, on an old farming area, is full of charm. You can have your breakfast on the patio with a view that is hard to beat, Mount Etna. I had not time to use the pool, but it speaks for itself. The car park is private and safe. The house shows the result of a lot of work, effort and care during the years, a house with a great personality. Michela is a very good host, communication works perfect. I got help with the checking-in and was told how everything works, which saved a lot of time, a fine example of Sicilian hospitality. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place, easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable indeed!

I spent a wonderful month in this location - it's clean and comfortable with good wifi for remote working - perfect for what I was after. Maria is a wonderful host who is always responsive and cleaned the place once a week while leaving me nice things for breakfast! She even gave me a lift to and from Catania (c.10km) with my heavy suitcase. Trecastagni is a pleasant town on the slopes of Etna with accessible supermarkets and other essential shops as well as a some nice bars and restaurants and several churches. This location is better for those with private vehicles as the buses to/from Trecastagni are somewhat unreliable and it is a walk of several miles to the nearest train station (Acireale). However for those with vehicles it offers good access to Etna as well as other attractions in the area such as Catania and Acireale.

An amazing place . We stayed for one night but we look forward to return for a longer stay. The room had everything we needed, beautiful coffee machine and a nice breakfast. The place is surrounded by a garden with nice roses. Ruben was very friendly and showed us around even if we arrived quite late. Definitely a great place to stay in if visiting nicolosi and the Etna area.

Our stay in Sicily was truly unforgettable! The house had a beautiful character, filled with charming details that made it feel like a home. The garden was a stunning oasis, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm Sicilian evenings. Our host, Carlo, was exceptional—always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The highlight of our trip was the incredible five-course Sicilian dinner Carlo organized for us, showcasing the region's delicious cuisine. Each dish was a delight! The location itself is a must-visit, with breathtaking views and rich culture all around. We felt immersed in the beauty and warmth of Sicily. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone looking to experience the best of the island!

Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen in einer wunderschönen und sehr ruhigen Gegend, etwa 30 min vom Ätna Südkrater entfernt. Wer die Natur und die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der Gastgeber Domenico und sein Personal sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sensationell. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Zeer schoon en groot chalet midden in de natuur. Prijs/kwaliteit is heel erg goed. De eigenaar Ezio was snel te bereiken.

A szállás jobb mint a képeken. A lakás nagyon tágas, és teljesen felszerelt. Házigazdánk pontos útmutatást adott, és a helyszínen várt, nagyon kedves volt. A Via Etnea pár perc sétára van. A reptéri busz 10 perc sétára áll meg. Nagyon ajánlom.

Emplacement idéal avec la place de parking. De (très) nombreux escaliers pour accéder au centre historique mais rapide ! à qqls minutes du funiculaire également Vue mer de la chambre et petit balcon idéal pour le ptit dej. Merci Angelo !
